【摘要】：目的通過分析4例艾滋病合并奴卡菌病患者的臨床資料并復(fù)習(xí)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),提高對該病的認(rèn)識。方法回顧性分析云南省傳染病�？漆t(yī)院2014年6月至2015年6月確診艾滋病合并奴卡菌病患者的臨床資料,復(fù)習(xí)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)。結(jié)果 4例患者均為男性,年齡29~57歲,CD4~+T淋巴細(xì)胞計數(shù)4~97個/μL。4例患者均有發(fā)熱,體表多發(fā)膿腫3例。4例患者中,播散性奴卡菌病3例,肺奴卡菌病1例。發(fā)熱并發(fā)難治性肺部感染,胸部CT呈單個或多發(fā)結(jié)節(jié)陰影伴空洞。除1例患者在確診奴卡菌病前死亡外,3例采用磺胺聯(lián)合其他藥物治療,2例好轉(zhuǎn),1例死亡。結(jié)論對于艾滋病病毒感染者/艾滋病患者,尤其皮下有多發(fā)膿腫時,應(yīng)及時進(jìn)行奴卡菌病相關(guān)檢查,盡早確診,盡早治療。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the clinical data of 4 patients with HIV / AIDS complicated with nocariasis and to review the relevant literature. Methods the clinical data of the patients with HIV / AIDS combined with Nukarycosis were analyzed retrospectively from June 2014 to June 2015 in Yunnan Provincial Infectious Diseases Hospital, and the related literature was reviewed. Results all of the 4 patients were male. The CD4 ~ T lymphocyte counts of 29 ~ 57 years old were all febrile in 4 ~ 97 / 渭 L.4 cases. Of the 4 4 cases of multiple abscesses on the body surface, 3 cases were disseminated nocariasis, 1 case was pulmonary nocariasis, and the fever complicated with refractory pulmonary infection. Chest CT showed a single or multiple nodule shadow with cavity. Except for one patient who died before the diagnosis of Nukarycosis, 3 cases were treated with sulfamethamide combined with other drugs, 2 cases were cured and 1 case died. Conclusion for HIV / AIDS patients, 1 case died. Especially when there are multiple subcutaneous abscesses, we should make timely examination of Nukaromycosis, early diagnosis and early treatment.
