【摘要】：目的調(diào)查湖南4縣市居民華支睪吸蟲病知曉情況,并進(jìn)行知曉率比較及影響因素分析,為湖南省華支睪吸蟲病防治策略制定提供參考。方法采用多階段整群抽樣的方法抽取有效調(diào)查對象共1 224名,采用問卷調(diào)查及面對面訪談的形式進(jìn)行知曉情況調(diào)查,并采用χ~2檢驗及Logistic回歸對知曉率的影響因素進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果湖南4縣市居民知曉率為:永州市15.67%(68/434)、岳陽市9.94%(34/342)、望城縣13.25%(31/234)、通道縣21.96%(47/214);疾病各方面知識的知曉率為:病原學(xué)44.67%(2 734/6 120),臨床表現(xiàn)56.44%(3 454/6 120),流行病學(xué)特征60.95%(7 460/12 240),個人日常預(yù)防42.47%(2 599/6 120);Logistic回歸結(jié)果顯示,影響華支睪吸蟲病知曉率的因素有長期就餐地點、家庭中是否有從醫(yī)人員、對相關(guān)新聞報道的關(guān)注程度及寄生蟲病史。結(jié)論湘西南地區(qū)華支睪吸蟲病知曉率水平較高,但湖南各地區(qū)知曉率總體水平不高,應(yīng)加強有關(guān)華支睪吸蟲病個人日常預(yù)防知識及食品衛(wèi)生知識的宣教。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the knowledge of clonorchiasis sinensis in the residents of 4 counties in Hunan, and to compare the awareness rate and the influencing factors. Methods A total of 1 224 effective subjects were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling, and the knowledge was investigated by questionnaire and face to face interview. 蠂 ~ 2 test and Logistic regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of awareness rate. Results the awareness rate of residents in 4 counties and cities in Hunan was 15.67% 68 / 434 in Yongzhou City, 9.94% 34% in Yueyang City, 13.25% 31 / 234% in Wangcheng County, 21.9647% / 21414% in passageway County and 21.9647% / 21414% in Pathway County. 44.67: 2 734/6 120g, 56.4412 3 454/6 120g, epidemiologic characteristics 60.955and 7 460/12 2400.The results of Logistic regression showed that the daily prevention was 42.47120 / 2 599/6 / 120, and the results of logistic regression showed that: (1) the clinical manifestation was 56.44% (P < 0.05). The factors influencing the awareness rate of clonorchiasis sinensis were the long-term dining place, whether there were medical personnel in the family, the attention to the related news reports and the history of parasites. Conclusion the awareness rate of clonorchiasis sinensis is higher in southwest Hunan. However, the general level of awareness is not high in all regions of Hunan, so we should strengthen the knowledge of personal daily prevention and food hygiene of clonorchiasis sinensis.
