【摘要】：目的觀察黃連滴眼液霧化聯(lián)合復(fù)方萘甲唑啉滴眼液治療各種過(guò)敏性結(jié)膜炎的臨床效果及炎癥因子的表達(dá)改變。方法選擇60例過(guò)敏性結(jié)膜炎患者,按就診時(shí)間隨機(jī)分為兩組:觀察組30例,應(yīng)用黃連滴眼液霧化聯(lián)合復(fù)方萘甲唑啉滴眼液點(diǎn)眼;對(duì)照組30例,應(yīng)用生理鹽水霧化聯(lián)合復(fù)方萘甲唑啉滴眼液點(diǎn)眼,頻率為4次/d,觀察組和對(duì)照組分別治療7 d后復(fù)診。評(píng)判治療前后患者癥狀體征的改變以及采用ELISA法檢測(cè)治療前后患者淚液中IL-1β的表達(dá)情況。結(jié)果觀察組和對(duì)照組患者的總有效率(治愈及顯效)在治療后分別為86.6%(26/30)和56.6%(17/30),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(X~2=6.648,P=0.010)。取部分過(guò)敏性結(jié)膜炎患者淚液,檢測(cè)發(fā)現(xiàn)IL-1β的表達(dá)量在經(jīng)過(guò)治療后表達(dá)量均下降,且觀察組較對(duì)照組下降程度更為明顯,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論復(fù)方萘甲唑啉滴眼液聯(lián)合黃連滴眼液霧化治療對(duì)過(guò)敏性結(jié)膜炎患者癥狀與體征的緩解作用較單用復(fù)方萘甲唑啉滴眼液更為明顯,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect and the expression of inflammatory factors in the treatment of various allergic conjunctivitis by atomization of Huanglian eye drops and compound naphthazoline eye drops. Methods 60 patients with allergic conjunctivitis were selected. The patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the time of visit: the observation group (n = 30) was treated with Huanglian eye drops and compound naphthazoline eye drops, and the control group (n = 30) with normal saline atomization and compound naphthazoline eye drops. The frequency was 4 times / d. The observation group and the control group were treated for 7 days respectively. The changes of symptoms and signs of the patients before and after treatment and the expression of IL-1 尾 in the tear before and after treatment were evaluated by ELISA method. Results the expression of IL-1 尾 in the patients' tears before and after treatment was detected by ELISA method. The total effective rate (cure and remarkable effect) after treatment was 86. 660 / 30 and 56. 6 / 30, respectively. The difference was statistically significant. The tears of some allergic conjunctivitis patients were taken from the patients with hypersensitive conjunctivitis. It was found that the expression of IL-1 尾 decreased after treatment, and the decrease was more obvious in the observation group than in the control group. Conclusion the effect of compound naphthazoline eye drops combined with Huanglian eye drops on the relief of symptoms and signs in patients with allergic conjunctivitis is more obvious than that of compound naphthazoline eye drops alone. It is worth popularizing in clinic.
