【摘要】：目的了解江西省農(nóng)村低檔暗娼性病艾滋病相關(guān)知識(shí)知曉、行為及干預(yù)服務(wù)情況,以城市低檔暗娼為參照,為農(nóng)村開(kāi)展性病艾滋病防控提供依據(jù)。方法于2014年4-12月,采用分層抽樣法,對(duì)江西省5個(gè)縣區(qū)低檔暗娼的性病艾滋病知識(shí)、態(tài)度、安全套使用、干預(yù)服務(wù)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,采用X~2檢驗(yàn)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果共調(diào)查543名低檔暗娼,其中城市297人、農(nóng)村246人。與城市低檔暗娼相比,農(nóng)村低檔暗娼呈現(xiàn)年齡大、文化程度低、已婚者多、流動(dòng)性大等特征(均P0.05)。農(nóng)村暗娼艾滋病知識(shí)總體知曉率為95.12%,高于城市暗娼的89.90%(P0.05)。農(nóng)村暗娼"勸客人使用安全套"的意識(shí)及態(tài)度低于城市暗娼(P0.05)。農(nóng)村暗娼"最近一次"和"最近一個(gè)月"與客人發(fā)生性行為時(shí)的安全套使用頻率均低于城市暗娼(均P0.05)。安全套免費(fèi)發(fā)放、演示使用、同伴教育、艾滋病檢測(cè)等干預(yù)服務(wù),農(nóng)村暗娼均明顯少于城市暗娼(均P0.05),且選擇到正規(guī)婦保機(jī)構(gòu)就診者較低。結(jié)論宜以安全套免費(fèi)發(fā)放、演示使用、同伴教育等干預(yù)服務(wù)為抓手,加強(qiáng)對(duì)農(nóng)村暗娼的干預(yù),強(qiáng)化安全套使用信念,提升安全套使用頻率,有效遏止性病艾滋病的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the knowledge, behavior and intervention of STDs and AIDS among rural low-grade prostitutes in Jiangxi Province, and to provide the basis for the prevention and control of STDs and AIDS in rural areas. The STDs and AIDS knowledge, attitude, condom use and intervention service were investigated by stratified sampling method in 5 counties and regions of Jiangxi Province. Of these, 297 were in urban areas and 246 in rural areas. Compared with low-grade urban prostitution, rural low-grade clandestine sex workers were older, less educated, and more married. The general awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among rural prostitutes was 95.12, which was higher than that of urban prostitutes (89.90%). The awareness and attitude of rural prostitutes "persuading guests to use condoms" was lower than that of urban prostitutes (P0.055.The last time). "and the frequency of condom use during sexual intercourse with guests in the last month was lower than that of urban prostitutes (P0.05%). Condoms were distributed free of charge, Demonstration use, peer education, AIDS testing and other intervention services, rural prostitutes were significantly less than urban prostitutes (all P0.05, and the choice of regular women's insurance institutions to visit the lower. Conclusion condoms should be distributed free of charge, demonstration use, Peer education and other intervention services for the grasp, strengthen the intervention of rural prostitution, strengthen condom use beliefs, promote condom use frequency, effectively curb the occurrence of sexually transmitted diseases and AIDS.
