【摘要】：正布魯菌病又稱馬耳他熱,是由布魯桿菌引起的人畜共患的傳染變態(tài)反應(yīng)性疾病~([1]),脊椎多受累,在臨床和影像學(xué)方面與脊柱結(jié)核有許多相似的表現(xiàn),很容易引起誤診。現(xiàn)將我院收治的1例布魯菌病患者的診治過程報道如下。1臨床資料患者女,58歲,漢族。因"左側(cè)臀部疼痛及發(fā)熱21 d"于2016-06-21入院;患者21 d前無明顯誘因感覺左側(cè)臀部疼痛,行走后加重,休息后減輕,發(fā)熱前伴寒戰(zhàn),最高體溫38.5℃,晚間9時左右體
