【摘要】：目的了解山東省參與艾滋病防治的社會(huì)組織工作人員從業(yè)年限情況及其影響因素,為加強(qiáng)社會(huì)組織人員管理工作提出建議。方法自行設(shè)計(jì)問(wèn)卷,對(duì)山東省參與艾滋病防治工作的所有社會(huì)組織中的工作人員進(jìn)行普查,采用非參數(shù)檢驗(yàn)和多重線性回歸的方法分析從業(yè)年限的影響因素。結(jié)果共調(diào)查234人,從業(yè)年限中位數(shù)是3.36年。單因素分析結(jié)果顯示,年齡、專業(yè)、是否同伴教育員、文化程度有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P均0.10);多重線性回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,是否同伴教育員、年齡、專業(yè)和文化程度的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化回歸系數(shù)分別為0.193、0.156、-0.135、-0.199(P均0.10)。結(jié)論山東省參與艾滋病防治社會(huì)組織工作人員從業(yè)年限較短,是否同伴教育員、專業(yè)、年齡和文化程度是影響社會(huì)組織工作人員從業(yè)年限的重要因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the working years and influencing factors of social organization staff involved in AIDS prevention and control in Shandong Province, and put forward some suggestions for strengthening the management of social organization personnel. Methods A questionnaire was designed by ourselves. The staff of all social organizations involved in AIDS prevention and control in Shandong Province were surveyed. The factors influencing the working life were analyzed by non-parametric test and multiple linear regression. Results 234 people were surveyed. The median period of employment was 3.36 years. The results of univariate analysis showed that age, specialty, peer educator, and education level had statistical significance (P = 0.10). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the standardized regression coefficients of peer educator, age, specialty and education were 0.193 ~ 0.156 ~ 0.135, respectively. Conclusion the working time of social organization staff involved in AIDS prevention and control in Shandong Province is relatively short, whether peer educator, professional or not. Age and education level are the important factors that affect the working life of social organization staff.
