【摘要】：目的了解喀什地區(qū)艾滋病病毒(HIV)職業(yè)暴露現(xiàn)狀和職業(yè)暴露后應(yīng)急預(yù)防處理的情況,完善預(yù)防HIV職業(yè)暴露感染的防控措施。方法收集喀什地區(qū)2010-2013年報告的HIV職業(yè)暴露案例,分析其發(fā)生的原因、應(yīng)急處理情況、預(yù)防用藥及時性及預(yù)防效果。結(jié)果喀什地區(qū)2010-2013年共計報告68例HIV職業(yè)暴露者,醫(yī)務(wù)人員52例(占76.47%),公安人員16例(占23.53%)。暴露方式針刺占70.59%。暴露級別Ⅰ級為61例,Ⅱ級7例。75.00%(51/68)的人進(jìn)行了預(yù)防性服藥,服藥者中68.63%(35/51)的人采取了合理的服藥方案。所有病例醫(yī)學(xué)觀察6個月后,均未發(fā)現(xiàn)HIV抗體陽轉(zhuǎn)。結(jié)論醫(yī)務(wù)人員和公安人員是HIV職業(yè)暴露的高發(fā)人群,應(yīng)加強HIV職業(yè)暴露的宣傳和防護(hù);目前執(zhí)行的職業(yè)暴露應(yīng)急措施安全、有效。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the present situation of occupational exposure to HIV / AIDS in Kashi area and the emergency prevention and treatment after occupational exposure. Methods the HIV occupational exposure cases reported from 2010 to 2013 in Kashi area were collected, and the causes and emergency treatment were analyzed. Results 68 HIV occupational exposures were reported in Kashi region from 2010 to 2013, 52 of them were medical workers (76.47%). There were 16 cases of public security personnel (23.53%), 70.59 cases of exposure type acupuncture and 61 cases of exposure grade 鈪，
