【摘要】：目的評(píng)估吉林省滅活脊髓灰質(zhì)炎(脊灰)病毒疫苗(Inactivated Poliovirus Vaccine,IPV)納入國(guó)家免疫規(guī)劃(National Immunization Program,NIP)試點(diǎn)的社會(huì)穩(wěn)定風(fēng)險(xiǎn),最大限度預(yù)防和管理控制可能的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素。方法采取下發(fā)調(diào)查表的方法對(duì)各級(jí)衛(wèi)生行政人員和免疫規(guī)劃專業(yè)人員進(jìn)行調(diào)查,對(duì)兒童家長(zhǎng)和孕婦及其家屬采用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)訪談的調(diào)查方法,財(cái)政、信訪和維護(hù)穩(wěn)定部門由吉林省衛(wèi)生和計(jì)劃生育委員會(huì)發(fā)函征求意見和建議。結(jié)果 77.03%的衛(wèi)生行政人員和81.73%的免疫規(guī)劃專業(yè)人員對(duì)IPV比較了解,而兒童家長(zhǎng)、孕婦及其家屬了解IPV的比例僅為19.82%和10.78%;83.56%的衛(wèi)生行政人員和82.74%的免疫規(guī)劃專業(yè)人員贊成IPV替代首劑口服脊灰減毒活疫苗納入NIP,66.36%的兒童家長(zhǎng)和65.69%的孕婦及其家屬表示可以接受注射方式接種IPV;IPV納入NIP,8.11%的衛(wèi)生行政人員認(rèn)為會(huì)引起原來診斷的疫苗相關(guān)麻痹型脊灰病例上訪;兒童家長(zhǎng)和孕婦及其家屬認(rèn)為孩子接種IPV后出現(xiàn)不良反應(yīng),獲得幫助的途徑依次是預(yù)防接種單位、醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)和衛(wèi)生行政部門,尋求媒體幫助和申請(qǐng)醫(yī)學(xué)鑒定的在兒童家長(zhǎng)中分別占3.23%和5.99%,孕婦及其家屬分別占6.86%和9.80%。結(jié)論 IPV納入NIP,絕大多數(shù)公眾是理解和支持的,社會(huì)穩(wěn)定風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估為低風(fēng)險(xiǎn),但需要加強(qiáng)政策調(diào)整的相關(guān)培訓(xùn)和適度宣傳。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the inactivated Poliovirus Vaccine of inactivated poliovirus vaccine in Jilin province. IPVs are included in the National Immunization Program (Immunization) pilot project for social stability risks. Methods Health administrators and immunization professionals at all levels were surveyed by means of a questionnaire to maximize prevention and management of possible risk factors. Parents of children and pregnant women and their families were investigated by field interviews and financial methods. The department of petition and maintenance of stability was sent a letter by Jilin Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission to solicit opinions and suggestions. 77.03% of the health administrators and 81.73% of the immunization professionals knew more about IPV. However, only 19.82% and 10.78 children parents, pregnant women and their families knew about IPV. 83.56% of health administrators and 82.74% of immunization professionals supported the inclusion of IPV as an alternative to the first oral attenuated oral polio vaccine. 66.36% of children's parents and 65.69% of pregnant women and their families indicated that they could receive an injection of IPVs; 8.11% of the health administrators included in IPV thought it would cause vaccine-related paralytic poliomyelitis cases to petition. Parents of children and pregnant women and their families think that children after inoculation of IPV adverse reactions, the way to get help in turn is vaccination units, medical institutions and health administration departments. The proportion of parents seeking media help and applying for medical identification was 3.23% and 5.99 respectively, and that of pregnant women and their families was 6.86% and 9.80.Conclusion IPV is included in NIP. The vast majority of the public understand and support, social stability risk assessment is low risk, but need to strengthen the relevant policy adjustment training and appropriate publicity.
