【摘要】：目的：探討478例HIV感染者外周血清中生化指標(biāo)水平與臨床意義和經(jīng)HAART治療12個(gè)月以上且治療有效的HIV-1感染者178例血清中IL-23、IL-27、IL-32表達(dá)水平的變化。方法：收集478例感染HIV病毒且未服用抗病毒藥物的患者血清，按血清中ＣＤ４+細(xì)胞值分為三組，即A組：ＣＤ４+細(xì)胞350個(gè)/μL組；B組：ＣＤ４+細(xì)胞為200-349個(gè)/μL組；C組： ＣＤ４+細(xì)胞200個(gè)/μL組。采用全自動(dòng)生化酶法檢測(cè)血清生化指標(biāo)（ALT、AST、TB、DB、IBS、BUN、Cr、淀粉酶、HGB、TP、HDLc）及血常規(guī)(WBC、PLT、RBC、HCT、MCV、MCH、MCHC)并觀察其變化；采用流式細(xì)胞儀檢測(cè)血清CD4、CD8；采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法（ELISA）檢測(cè)178例經(jīng)12個(gè)月以上HAART治療有效的HIV-1感染者及30例健康人的血清IL-23、IL-27和IL-32水平。結(jié)果：1.血常規(guī)（WBC、RBC、HGB、HCT)、生化指標(biāo)(SLT、TP、TB)檢測(cè)B組與A組比較(p0.05)，C組與A組比較(p0.05)，均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。2.不同臨床類型HIV-1感染者血清IL-23、IL-27和IL-32水平均低于正常對(duì)照組（P＜0.01），，CD8＋T細(xì)胞水平高于對(duì)照組（P＜0.01），均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論：1.HIV感染者血清中生化指標(biāo)波動(dòng)與CD4細(xì)胞水平以及艾滋病的發(fā)生發(fā)展相關(guān)，且CD4細(xì)胞水平越低則患者血清中生化指標(biāo)波動(dòng)越明顯；2.HAART治療不能完全恢復(fù)HIV-1感染者免疫系統(tǒng)損害，但艾滋病患者早期治療可能降低機(jī)體免疫系統(tǒng)受損的程度。
[Abstract]:Objective : To investigate the changes of serum levels of IL - 23 , IL - 27 and IL - 32 in serum of patients with HIV - 1 infected with HIV - 1 in 478 cases . The levels of IL - 27 and IL - 32 were lower than that of the control group ( P < 0.01 ) , and the level of CD8 + T cells was higher than that in the control group ( P < 0.01 ) . Conclusion : 1 . The fluctuation of serum biochemical indexes in the serum of HIV - infected persons is related to the development of CD4 cells and the development of AIDS , and the lower the level of CD4 cells , the more obvious the fluctuation of the biochemical indexes in the serum of the patients ; 2 . HAART treatment cannot completely recover the immune system damage of HIV - 1 infected persons , but early treatment of AIDS patients may reduce the degree of damage to the immune system of the organism .
