【摘要】：目的系統(tǒng)評價(jià)牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物治療帶狀皰疹后遺神經(jīng)痛(PHN)臨床療效和安全性。方法計(jì)算機(jī)檢索相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫,收集所有牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物治療PHN療效及安全性的隨機(jī)對照研究(RCT)。按照納入與排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn)獨(dú)立篩選文獻(xiàn)、提取資料和評價(jià)質(zhì)量后,采用Rev Man 5.2進(jìn)行Meta分析。結(jié)果共納入9個(gè)RCT,合計(jì)564例患者。Meta分析結(jié)果顯示:1采用牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物組治療PHN 7 d、14 d的療效優(yōu)于常規(guī)治療組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,分別為[MD=2.13,95%CI(1.98,2.28),P0.00001]和[MD=2.54,95%CI(2.41,2.67),P0.00001]。2亞組分析顯示7 d療效仍然有顯著性差異[MD=2.56,95%CI(2.38,2.73),P0.00001],牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物組優(yōu)于常規(guī)治療組。3兩組間總不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率相似,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義[RR=0.69,95%CI(0.31,1.54),P=0.37]。結(jié)論現(xiàn)有研究結(jié)果初步提示,牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物治療PHN具有一定的短期療效,且安全性較好。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of vaccine-induced rabbit skin extract in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia (PHN). To collect all vaccine-induced rabbit skin extract in the treatment of PHN efficacy and safety randomized controlled study. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria independent screening literature extraction and evaluation of quality. Rev Man 5.2 was used for Meta analysis. The results included 9 RCT.
