【摘要】：目的掌握綿陽市血吸蟲病疫情動態(tài)和影響因素,為制定防治措施提供依據(jù)。方法根據(jù)《全國血吸蟲病監(jiān)測方案(2014年版)》的要求,在6個血吸蟲病流行縣各選擇1個疫情較重的村作為國家級血吸蟲病監(jiān)測點,分別開展人群及家畜病情和螺情調(diào)查。結果本地人群的血吸蟲病血檢陽性率為2.12%,流動人口血檢陽性率為1.71%,家畜感染率為0。6個監(jiān)測點查出有螺面積9.344 8 hm~2,活螺平均密度為0.25只/0.1 m~2,有螺框出現(xiàn)率為7.07%,未發(fā)現(xiàn)感染性釘螺。結論綿陽市國家級血吸蟲病監(jiān)測點人畜感染率低、螺情穩(wěn)定,但血吸蟲病傳播風險仍存在,應加強控制措施,防止疫情反彈。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the epidemic dynamics and influencing factors of schistosomiasis in Mianyang city, and to provide the basis for making control measures. Methods according to the requirements of the National schistosomiasis Surveillance Program (2014). One village with a severe epidemic situation was selected as the national schistosomiasis surveillance site in each of the 6 endemic counties. Results the positive rate of blood examination of schistosomiasis in local population was 2.12 and that of floating population was 1.71%. The infection rate of domestic animals was 0.6. The snail area was 9.344 8 h ~ (-2), the average density of live snail was 0.25 / 0.1 m ~ (2), and the occurrence rate of snail frame was 7.07%. Conclusion the infection rate of human and animal is low and the snail condition is stable in the surveillance sites of schistosomiasis in Mianyang city, but the risk of transmission of schistosomiasis still exists, so it is necessary to strengthen the control measures to prevent the epidemic situation from rebounding.
