【摘要】：正臨床資料患者,女,38歲。主因左側(cè)胸背部及右側(cè)腰腹部水皰伴疼痛4天,于2011年1月17日來(lái)院就診。4天前,患者左側(cè)胸背部及右側(cè)腰腹部皮膚出現(xiàn)紅色綠豆大小丘皰疹和水皰,逐漸增多,伴刺痛;3天前患者開(kāi)始持續(xù)發(fā)熱,體溫升至38.0℃�；颊咂饺丈斫�,否認(rèn)傳
