【摘要】：目的通過對菏澤市感染艾滋病病毒(HIV)的男男性行為者(MSM)的流行現(xiàn)狀和實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢測情況進(jìn)行分析,為針對該人群開展艾滋病防治工作提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法對菏澤市2008-2013年MSM中HIV陽性者的流行病學(xué)資料及實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢測結(jié)果,采用IBM SPSS 19.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果 2008-2013年共發(fā)現(xiàn)46例MSM HIV陽性者。年齡在20~39歲占80.43%,未婚占47.8%,初中以下文化程度占50.00%,男男同性性傳播占100%,檢測咨詢發(fā)現(xiàn)病例占45.6%,HIV感染人數(shù)逐年呈上升趨勢。男性性伴數(shù)中位數(shù)為5.34人。梅毒感染者7人,占15.2%。CD+4T淋巴細(xì)胞≥350個(gè)/μL 36人,占78.3%。結(jié)論菏澤市MSM HIV感染率較高。MSM中HIV感染者年齡較低、以未婚為主,文化程度相對較低,危險(xiǎn)性行為普遍存在。應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對該人群的HIV篩查、艾滋病性病相關(guān)知識的宣傳教育及干預(yù)工作,降低新發(fā)感染。
[Abstract]:The purpose of the city of Heze, the AIDS virus (HIV) of the MSM (MSM) to analyze the epidemic situation and laboratory testing, provide scientific basis for AIDS prevention in this population. The results of detection of 2008-2013 in Heze city in MSM HIV positive epidemiological data and laboratory, were analyzed by IBM SPSS 19 statistical software. The results of 2008-2013 were found in 46 cases of MSM HIV positive. At the age of 20~39 years old accounted for 80.43%, accounting for 47.8% of unmarried, junior high school education accounted for 50%, male homosexual transmission accounted for 100%, detection of consulting found cases accounted for 45.6%, the number of people infected with HIV is rising year by year. The median number of sexual partners 5.34. 7 people were infected with syphilis, accounting for less than 350 / 15.2%.CD+4T lymphocytes 36 mu L, accounting for 78.3%. of Heze MSM HIV conclusion the infection rate of HIV infection in.MSM is higher the lower age, unmarried. Education level is relatively low and dangerous sexual behavior is widespread. We should strengthen the HIV screening of the population, propaganda and education and intervention on AIDS related knowledge about sexually transmitted diseases, so as to reduce the new infection.
