【摘要】：目的了解長沙市健康人群麻疹血清抗體水平,為制定免疫策略提供依據(jù)。方法按照整群分層隨機抽樣的原則,在長沙市所轄區(qū)、縣按年齡分層隨機抽取調(diào)查對象。采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗(ELISA)檢測麻疹I(lǐng)g G抗體;數(shù)據(jù)采用SPSS 13.0處理,用描述性流行病學(xué)方法進行分析。結(jié)果共采樣調(diào)查275人,麻疹抗體陽性率為96.7%。不同性別麻疹抗體陽性率差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。1歲組的麻疹I(lǐng)g G抗體陽性率偏低,為77.4%;3~、5~、10~及≥15歲組的陽性率均為100.0%;1~歲組和7~歲組次之,分別為98.2%和97.3%。有麻疹類疫苗免疫史人群的麻疹抗體陽性率高于無麻疹類疫苗免疫史人群,且差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論長沙市健康人群麻疹血清抗體陽性率較高,基本形成了預(yù)防麻疹的免疫屏障。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the serum antibody level of measles in healthy population of Changsha, and to provide the basis for making immunization strategy. Methods according to the principle of cluster stratified random sampling, it is in Changsha district. The measles IgG antibody was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). The data were processed by SPSS 13.0 and analyzed by descriptive epidemiology.
