【摘要】：促肝細胞生長素(hepatocyte growth-promoting factors,PHGF)是從新鮮乳豬肝臟中提取純化制備而成的小分子多肽類活性物質,臨床應用廣泛,常用于治療急性肝炎、慢性肝炎、重型肝炎等。本文對PHGF治療病毒性肝炎的臨床應用進展進行簡述,為PHGF在臨床的合理應用提供參考。
[Abstract]:Hepatocyte growth factor (hepatocyte growth-promoting, factors, PHGF) is a small molecular peptide active substances extracted and purified from fresh suckling pig liver in preparation and clinical application of widely used in the treatment of acute hepatitis, chronic hepatitis, severe hepatitis. Clinical application progress of the PHGF treatment of viral hepatitis in order to provide reference for proper clinical application of PHGF.
