Atoh1屬于bHLH轉(zhuǎn)錄因子家族成員,其對(duì)耳蝸毛細(xì)胞的胚胎發(fā)育及損傷后再生具有重要作用。許多訊號(hào)通道在轉(zhuǎn)錄水平上對(duì)Atoh1有調(diào)節(jié)作用,包括Notch和Wnt通道。在蛋白轉(zhuǎn)譯后水平,Atoh1是經(jīng)由泛素-蛋白酶通道所調(diào)節(jié)。體外細(xì)胞實(shí)驗(yàn)及體內(nèi)動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)都顯示:經(jīng)由上述訊號(hào)通道的調(diào)節(jié)手段不僅影響耳蝸發(fā)育,也導(dǎo)致毛細(xì)胞的損傷后再生。本綜述回顧了耳蝸內(nèi)各個(gè)對(duì)Atoh1調(diào)節(jié)訊號(hào)通道研究的進(jìn)展,并聚焦于泛素-蛋白酶通道對(duì)Atoh1進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)譯后調(diào)節(jié)及其對(duì)毛細(xì)胞發(fā)育的影響。
