【摘要】：目的觀察人上腔靜脈心肌袖的大體解剖及形態(tài)特征,為心房顫動(dòng)(房顫)的臨床研究與治療提供依據(jù)。方法20例非心臟原因死亡的尸檢標(biāo)本,取出心臟,置于4％的多聚甲醛溶液中固定1周以上進(jìn)行取材。取上腔靜脈,經(jīng)酒精脫水,石蠟包埋,分別作縱向和橫向連續(xù)切片,常規(guī)HE染色。選取部分標(biāo)本進(jìn)行Masson染色和PGP 9．5單克隆抗體S-P免疫組化染色。結(jié)果(1)HE染色結(jié)果,上腔靜脈壁內(nèi)有心肌細(xì)胞的延伸。(2)Masson染色結(jié)果顯示,上腔靜脈肌袖組織中,纖維結(jié)締組織呈藍(lán)色,心肌細(xì)胞、神經(jīng)纖維和神經(jīng)節(jié)呈棕紅色。(3)免疫組化染色結(jié)果,上腔靜脈的肌袖細(xì)胞處存在PGP 9．5免疫組化染色陽(yáng)性的神經(jīng)纖維和神經(jīng)節(jié)。結(jié)論人
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the gross anatomy and morphological characteristics of the cardiac cuff of the superior vena cava (SVC) in order to provide the basis for the clinical study and treatment of atrial fibrillation (AF). Methods Twenty autopsy specimens of non-cardiac death were taken out and fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde solution for more than one week. The superior vena cava was desiccated by alcohol and embedded in paraffin. The sections were sectioned longitudinally and transversely, and routine HE staining was performed. Masson staining and PGP 9.5 monoclonal antibody S P immunohistochemical staining were performed in some of the specimens. Results (1) the results of HE staining showed that the myocardial cells were extended in the wall of superior vena cava, (2) the results of Masson staining showed that the fibrous connective tissue in the muscle cuff of superior vena cava was blue, and the myocardial cells were found in the muscle cuff of superior vena cava. The nerve fibers and ganglia were brown red. (3) the results of immunohistochemical staining showed that PGP 9.5 immunoreactive nerve fibers and ganglia were found in the muscle cuff cells of superior vena cava. Conclusion Human
