Myc調(diào)控人NDRG1和NDRG2的機制研究

【摘要】:Myc首先是由Bishop于1978年在逆轉錄病毒MC29中發(fā)現(xiàn)的。隨后,,在人和動物的多種腫瘤組織中發(fā)現(xiàn)了Myc的高表達。相對于在正常組織中的不表達或低表達,Myc在大部分腫瘤組織呈高表達狀態(tài)。Myc調(diào)控著細胞的增殖與分化過程,它的高表達可以導致細胞的異常增殖和細胞周期的失控。同時,c-Myc或N-Myc敲除小鼠的胚胎致死性說明Myc對胚胎發(fā)育是至關重要的。Myc家族包括c-Myc,N-myc,B-Myc和L-Myc等多個成員,但是只有c-Myc,L-Myc和N-Myc具有促細胞增殖作用。 NDRG1(N-myc downstream-regulated gene 1)作為NDRG家族最先報道的成員,在N-myc敲除的小鼠胚胎中表達異常增加,所以被命名為N-myc下游調(diào)節(jié)基因1。但是,Myc調(diào)控NDRG1
[Abstract]:Myc was first discovered by Bishop in 1978 in retrovirus MC29. Subsequently, high expression of Myc was found in a variety of human and animal tumor tissues. Compared with normal tissues, Myc is highly expressed in most tumor tissues. Myc regulates the process of cell proliferation and differentiation, and its high expression can lead to abnormal proliferation of cells and out of control of cell cycle. At the same time, c-Myc or N-Myc knockout mouse embryogenicity suggests that Myc is essential for embryonic development. The Myc family consists of several members, such as c-Myc N-myc B-Myc and L-Myc, but only c-Myc. L-Myc and N-Myc can promote cell proliferation. NDRG1 (N-myc downstream-regulated gene 1), as the first member of the NDRG family, was named N-myc downstream regulatory gene 1 for its abnormal increased expression in mouse embryos knockout by N-myc.
