【摘要】：目的探討虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)(Virtual reality,VR)技術(shù)觀察顱內(nèi)竇匯(Torcular herophili,TH)區(qū)解剖及變異的價(jià)值。方法對(duì)45例未累及TH區(qū)結(jié)構(gòu)的顱內(nèi)腦膜瘤患者,以及21例三叉神經(jīng)痛或面肌痙攣患者,行3D CE-MRV檢查,再在VR工作站重建TH,觀察其構(gòu)成及引流特點(diǎn)。結(jié)果根據(jù)上矢狀竇(Superior sagittal sinus,SSS)、直竇(Straight sinus,StS)和雙側(cè)橫竇(Transverse sinus,TS)的吻合關(guān)系,TH區(qū)VR解剖形態(tài)分為3型:Ⅰ型18例,Ⅱ型15例,Ⅲ型33例。根據(jù)SSS匯入TS的方式分為4型:Ⅰ型18例,Ⅱ型26例,Ⅲ型17例,Ⅳ型5例。根據(jù)StS匯入TS的方式分為4型:Ⅰ型18例,Ⅱ型23例,Ⅲ型7例,Ⅳ型18例。TS引流優(yōu)勢(shì)表現(xiàn)為右側(cè)為主25例,左側(cè)為主9例,基本相等32例。結(jié)論 TH區(qū)解剖變異性較大,VR技術(shù)是觀察TH區(qū)解剖的有效方法,有助于了解TH區(qū)的解剖和引流特點(diǎn),對(duì)臨床診斷及TH區(qū)手術(shù)有指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the value of virtual reality (Virtual reality,VR) technique in the anatomy and variation of intracranial sinus confluence (Torcular herophili,TH). Methods 45 patients with intracranial meningioma without involvement of TH structure and 21 patients with trigeminal neuralgia or hemifacial spasm were examined by 3D CE-MRV. The composition and drainage characteristics were observed by TH, reconstruction on VR workstation.
