新生鼠支氣管肺發(fā)育不良模型的構(gòu)建

【摘要】:目的構(gòu)建支氣管肺發(fā)育不良新生大鼠模型。方法將30只3日齡雄性wistar大鼠隨機(jī)分為兩組各15只,高氧組置于氧箱(氧濃度60%),對照組置于空氣(氧濃度21%),分別于實(shí)驗第7、14、21天取大鼠肺組織觀察組織病理及膠原含量變化。結(jié)果高氧組肺泡結(jié)構(gòu)消失、肺泡間隔增厚、肺泡融合;肺Ⅰ、Ⅲ型膠原面積顯著增加(P0.001)。結(jié)論較高濃度氧持續(xù)吸入可致新生鼠肺部產(chǎn)生類似人支氣管肺發(fā)育不良的組織改變。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a neonatal rat model of bronchopulmonary dysplasia. Methods Thirty 3-day-old male wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups, 15 rats in each group. The hyperoxia group was placed in the oxygen box (oxygen concentration 60%) and the control group in the air (oxygen concentration 21%).
