【摘要】：第一部分 山東地區(qū)部分HIV感染者及獻(xiàn)血者人皰疹病毒8型感染的流行病學(xué)調(diào)查 目的 檢測(cè)山東地區(qū)部分HIV(+)／KS(-)感染者及獻(xiàn)血者血清或血漿中抗人皰疹病毒8型(HHV-8)IgG抗體的存在情況，并進(jìn)一步對(duì)抗HHV-8陽(yáng)性標(biāo)本中HHV-8 DNA的存在情況進(jìn)行檢測(cè)；從而了解HHV-8在我國(guó)山東地區(qū)HIV感染者及獻(xiàn)血者中的感染情況，并探討HHV-8經(jīng)輸血傳播的可能性。 方法 86份HIV(+)／KS(-)血清(來(lái)源于山東地區(qū)HIV感染者)及520份獻(xiàn)血者血漿(主要來(lái)源于濟(jì)南地區(qū))中抗HHV-8 IgG抗體的檢測(cè)采用ELISA方法；抗HHV-8陽(yáng)性標(biāo)本(血清或血漿)中HHV-8 DNA的檢測(cè)采用實(shí)時(shí)熒光定量PCR技術(shù)(SYBR Green Ⅰ熒光染料法)。 結(jié)果 1 血清學(xué)檢測(cè)結(jié)果 1．1 86份HIV(+)／KS(-)血清中抗HHV-8抗體檢出率為16.275％(14／86)，與對(duì)照組(健康獻(xiàn)血者血漿)比較有顯著性差異(P＜0.05)。 1．2 520份獻(xiàn)血者血漿中抗HHV-8抗體檢出率為5.962％(31／520)，其中男性獻(xiàn)血者血漿中抗HHV-8 IgG抗體的檢出率為6.367％(17／120)，女性獻(xiàn)血者血漿中抗HHV-8 IgG抗體的檢出率為5.534％(14／110)。統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析表明，不同性別、年齡獻(xiàn)血者血漿中抗HHV-8 IgG抗體的檢出率無(wú)顯著性差異(P＞0.05)。 1．3 HBsAg(+)、抗HCV(+)以及抗梅毒螺旋體(+)獻(xiàn)血者血漿中抗HHV-8 IgG抗體的檢出率分別為4.065％、4.651％及6.579％，統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析表明，，抗HHV-8抗體的檢出與HBsAg、抗HCV以及抗梅毒螺旋體的檢出相關(guān)性不大(P＞0.05)。 2 PCR檢測(cè)結(jié)果 所有抗HHV-8陽(yáng)性標(biāo)本(血清或血漿)中均未檢出HHV-8 DNA的存在。
