【摘要】：第一部分 山東地區(qū)部分HIV感染者及獻血者人皰疹病毒8型感染的流行病學調查 目的 檢測山東地區(qū)部分HIV(+)／KS(-)感染者及獻血者血清或血漿中抗人皰疹病毒8型(HHV-8)IgG抗體的存在情況，并進一步對抗HHV-8陽性標本中HHV-8 DNA的存在情況進行檢測；從而了解HHV-8在我國山東地區(qū)HIV感染者及獻血者中的感染情況，并探討HHV-8經輸血傳播的可能性。 方法 86份HIV(+)／KS(-)血清(來源于山東地區(qū)HIV感染者)及520份獻血者血漿(主要來源于濟南地區(qū))中抗HHV-8 IgG抗體的檢測采用ELISA方法；抗HHV-8陽性標本(血清或血漿)中HHV-8 DNA的檢測采用實時熒光定量PCR技術(SYBR Green Ⅰ熒光染料法)。 結果 1 血清學檢測結果 1．1 86份HIV(+)／KS(-)血清中抗HHV-8抗體檢出率為16.275％(14／86)，與對照組(健康獻血者血漿)比較有顯著性差異(P＜0.05)。 1．2 520份獻血者血漿中抗HHV-8抗體檢出率為5.962％(31／520)，其中男性獻血者血漿中抗HHV-8 IgG抗體的檢出率為6.367％(17／120)，女性獻血者血漿中抗HHV-8 IgG抗體的檢出率為5.534％(14／110)。統(tǒng)計學分析表明，不同性別、年齡獻血者血漿中抗HHV-8 IgG抗體的檢出率無顯著性差異(P＞0.05)。 1．3 HBsAg(+)、抗HCV(+)以及抗梅毒螺旋體(+)獻血者血漿中抗HHV-8 IgG抗體的檢出率分別為4.065％、4.651％及6.579％，統(tǒng)計學分析表明，，抗HHV-8抗體的檢出與HBsAg、抗HCV以及抗梅毒螺旋體的檢出相關性不大(P＞0.05)。 2 PCR檢測結果 所有抗HHV-8陽性標本(血清或血漿)中均未檢出HHV-8 DNA的存在。
