慢性疲勞綜合癥大鼠模型的建立

【摘要】:目的采用擁擠和睡眠紊亂方法制作慢性疲勞綜合癥(CFS)動物模型,觀察擁擠程度、生活空間大小對造模的影響。方法大鼠擁擠在不同的小飼養(yǎng)箱內(nèi),并采用噪音和晝夜顛倒干擾大鼠的正常睡眠,造模持續(xù)7周。觀察大鼠精神狀態(tài)、皮毛色澤并評分,每周測量體質(zhì)量、攝食量,研究結(jié)束時進(jìn)行力竭游泳實驗。結(jié)果造模后,大鼠一般表現(xiàn)評分值明顯升高,大鼠體質(zhì)量、攝食量、力竭游泳時間降低。其中生活空間最小、擁擠程度最高組的大鼠癥狀最典型:精神萎靡不振,攻擊性、對抗性行為消失;皮膚松弛,皮下無脂肪;全身毛發(fā)枯槁,稀疏脫落,造模7周時一般表現(xiàn)評分值達(dá)到5.6分,體質(zhì)量、攝食量、力竭游泳時間降低最明顯。結(jié)論采用擁擠和睡眠紊亂方法成功構(gòu)建了CFS動物模型,并且擁擠程度越高、生活空間越小慢性疲勞綜合癥表現(xiàn)越明顯。
[Abstract]:Objective to make (CFS) animal model of chronic fatigue syndrome by means of crowding and sleep disorder, and to observe the influence of crowded degree and living space on the model making. Methods the rats were crowded in different feeding boxes, and the noise and the reverse of day and night were used to disturb the normal sleep of the rats. The model lasted 7 weeks. The mental state, fur color and color of the rats were observed, and the body mass and food intake were measured weekly. The exhaustive swimming experiment was carried out at the end of the study. Results after modeling, the general performance score of rats was significantly increased, and the body weight, food intake and exhaustive swimming time were decreased. The symptoms of the rats in the group of minimal living space and the highest degree of overcrowding were as follows: mental depression, aggression, and the disappearance of confrontational behavior; The whole body hair withered, sparse shed, the general performance score value reached 5.6 points after 7 weeks of modeling, body mass, food intake, exhausted swimming time decreased most obviously. Conclusion the CFS animal model was successfully constructed by the methods of crowding and sleep disorder. The higher the crowded degree, the more obvious the symptom of chronic fatigue syndrome with smaller living space.
