2011-2013年龍崗區(qū)常見(jiàn)7種呼吸道病毒監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果分析

【摘要】:目的對(duì)龍崗區(qū)呼吸道病毒感染病例樣品進(jìn)行檢測(cè),并對(duì)其流行特征進(jìn)行分析。方法在區(qū)內(nèi)哨點(diǎn)醫(yī)院采集呼吸道感染病例咽拭子889份,用實(shí)時(shí)熒光定量PCR法對(duì)流感病毒(A型、B型)、腺病毒(ADV)、人鼻病毒(HRV)、副流感病毒(PIV-1、PIV-2和PIV-3亞型)、呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV-A和RSV-B亞型)、冠狀病毒(CoV-229E、CoV-OC43、CoVNL63和CoV-HKU1亞型)和人偏肺病毒(hMPV-A和hMPV-B亞型)共7種呼吸道病毒15個(gè)亞型進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。結(jié)果流感病毒是龍崗區(qū)最常見(jiàn)的呼吸道感染病原,其次是人鼻病毒;1~7月呼吸道病毒陽(yáng)性率保持較高水平;≤5歲兒童對(duì)各種病毒易感;鼻病毒和腺病毒是混合感染中最常見(jiàn)的病原。結(jié)論應(yīng)繼續(xù)加強(qiáng)常見(jiàn)呼吸道病毒的監(jiān)測(cè),對(duì)呼吸道傳染病的預(yù)防和控制具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the respiratory tract virus infection in Longgang district and analyze its epidemic characteristics. Methods A total of 889 throat swabs of respiratory tract infections were collected from sentinel hospitals in the region. Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to detect influenza virus (type A, B), adenovirus (ADV), human rhinovirus, (HRV), parainfluenza virus (PIV-1,). PIV-2 and PIV-3 subtypes, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV-A and RSV-B subtypes), coronavirus (CoV-229E,CoV-OC43,) CoVNL63 and CoV-HKU1 subtypes) and human metapneumovirus (hMPV-A and hMPV-B subtypes) were tested for 15 subtypes of respiratory viruses.
