肝細(xì)胞生長因子在正常皮膚、增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩中的表達

【摘要】:目的:增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩是兩種常見的病理性瘢痕,目前鑒別方法多種多樣,誤診率較高。我們用免疫組化的方法檢測肝細(xì)胞生長因子(HGF)在正常皮膚組織和兩種病理性瘢痕組織中的表達,初步探討兩種病理性瘢痕的鑒別以及HGF與兩種病理性瘢痕形成的關(guān)系。 材料和方法:標(biāo)本采自我科門診或手術(shù)住院病人的手術(shù)切下的組織,以臨床結(jié)合病理切片進行綜合分類其中增生性瘢痕(HS)15例,瘢痕疙瘩(K)15例,正常皮膚標(biāo)本10例,陽性對照肝細(xì)胞癌4例。用免疫組化測定:肝細(xì)胞生長因子(HGF)在正常皮膚、增生性瘢痕及瘢痕疙瘩中的表達及分布情況。采用盲法觀察陽性表達。按染色強度分為4級,便于討論。統(tǒng)計學(xué)處理:應(yīng)用SPSS統(tǒng)計軟件包進行統(tǒng)計分析。 結(jié)果:肝細(xì)胞生長因子(HGF)在正常皮膚中以強陽性表達為主,增生性瘢痕中以陽性表達為主,在瘢痕疙瘩中以可疑陽性表達為主。正常皮膚組,增生性瘢痕組和瘢痕疙瘩組中HGF的陽性表達率和表達強度組間均有顯著性差異(P0.05)。
[Abstract]:Objective: hypertrophic scar and keloid are two common pathological scars. We detected the expression of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) in normal skin tissue and two kinds of pathological scar tissues by immunohistochemical method, and preliminarily discussed the relationship between HGF and the formation of two kinds of pathological scar. There were 4 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma in positive control group. The expression and distribution of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) in normal skin, hypertrophic scar and keloid were determined by immunohistochemistry. The positive expression was observed by blind method. Statistical processing: SPSS statistical software package was used for statistical analysis. The positive expression rate and intensity of HGF in normal skin, hypertrophic scar and keloid groups were significantly different (P0.05).
