【摘要】： 目的 高強度聚焦超聲(high intensity focused ultrasound, HIFU)作為一種治療腫瘤的新技術(shù),近年來已用于臨床治療肝癌、乳腺癌、骨肉瘤等,并取得了良好效果;在治療過程中HIFU使輻照區(qū)(即靶區(qū))產(chǎn)生凝固性壞死,對應(yīng)的B超圖像灰度增強,從而實現(xiàn)治療時的實時監(jiān)控。但B超灰度值與凝固性壞死體積之間的量化關(guān)系研究報道較少。本實驗對此進行了研究,在兔肌肉組織上進行HIFU輻照,觀察不同灰度值對應(yīng)的凝固性壞死體積,探索灰度值與凝固性壞死體積的規(guī)律,并在不同生物組織(山羊肌肉)中進行了驗證。同時在HIFU應(yīng)用中觀察到有時靶區(qū)有灰度改變,而組織無凝固性壞死現(xiàn)象,針對此現(xiàn)象,我們也進行了實驗研究。 材料和方法 1高強度聚焦超聲輻照兔肌肉組織后B超灰度值與凝固性壞死形成規(guī)律 1.1高強度聚焦超聲輻照兔肌肉組織后B超灰度值與凝固性壞死體積的相關(guān)性研究 將60只新西蘭大白兔按輻照時間分為0s、18s、30s、40s、50s、60s、
[Abstract]:Objective High intensity focused ultrasound (high intensity focused ultrasound, HIFU) has been used in the treatment of liver cancer, breast cancer, osteosarcoma and so on. In the course of treatment, HIFU can cause coagulation necrosis in the irradiated area (that is, target area) and enhance the gray level of the corresponding B-mode ultrasound image, thus realizing the real-time monitoring of the treatment. However, there are few reports on the quantitative relationship between B-ultrasound gray value and coagulation necrosis volume. In this study, HIFU irradiation was carried out on rabbit muscle tissue to observe the volume of coagulation necrosis corresponding to different gray values, and to explore the law of gray value and coagulative necrosis volume. The experiments were carried out in different biological tissues (goat muscles). At the same time, in the application of HIFU, it is observed that sometimes there are gray changes in the target area, but there is no coagulation necrosis in the tissue. In view of this phenomenon, we have also carried out an experimental study.
