青春雙歧桿菌對(duì)環(huán)磷酰胺免疫抑制小鼠的免疫增強(qiáng)作用
[Abstract]:Aim: to establish an immunosuppressive mouse model by intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide and to study the immunoenhancement effect of Bifidobacterium pubertidis on immunosuppressive mice in vivo. Methods: normal mice were injected intraperitoneally with cyclophosphamide for 4 days, and then treated with three different concentrations of Bifidobacterium pubescens solution. The mice were treated with astragalus membranaceus (Astragalus membranaceus) at the same time. Normal saline control group and immunosuppressive group, each group was divided into 7 days treatment and 14 days treatment. Blood IL-2 content, thymus, spleen, liver index, weight growth curve of mice in each group were measured, respectively. Fecal Bifido adolescentis bacillus colony count, white blood cell count, thymus, liver, spleen HE color sections were analyzed by SPSS12.0 statistical software package. Statistical methods were used to analyze the ANOVA, chi-square test, and nonparametric rank sum test of multivariate mean comparison in single factor randomization design. Results: with the increase of treatment days, the fecal colony number of BFA gradually decreased. There were significant differences among the high dose bifidobacterium group, normal saline group and immunosuppressive group, suggesting that BFA increased with the intake, intestinal colonization also increased, according to liver, spleen, The comparison of thymus index indicated that BFA had a certain weight gain effect on immune organs, and the contents of IL-2 and WBC were the highest in high dose group. It was suggested that Bifidobacterium could promote the secretion of IL-2 and leukocyte formation in immunosuppressive mice, and the body weight curve showed that Bifidobacterium in high dose group had the most obvious effect on body weight. The morphological observation of HE staining also showed that Bifidobacterium could recover the immune lymphoid tissue of thymus, liver and spleen. Conclusion: Bifidobacterium has a certain immunoenhancement effect on cyclophosphamide immunosuppressive mice.
