線粒體途徑介導(dǎo)血小板凋亡的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:血小板凋亡是血小板自主有序的死亡,其不是病理狀態(tài)下自體損傷的一種現(xiàn)象,而是為更好地適應(yīng)生存環(huán)境而主動(dòng)采取的一種死亡過程。血小板凋亡是井然有序的過程,大量的分子及途徑參與其中。線粒體在調(diào)節(jié)血小板凋亡過程中發(fā)揮關(guān)鍵作用。在血小板凋亡過程中,線粒體通透性轉(zhuǎn)換孔過度開放,引起線粒體跨膜電位降低,并導(dǎo)致多種線粒體蛋白,其中,線粒體內(nèi)的Bcl-2家族對(duì)血小板凋亡具有雙向調(diào)節(jié)作用。研究線粒體在血小板凋亡中的作用機(jī)制,對(duì)于研究血小板凋亡的調(diào)控機(jī)制具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Platelet apoptosis is a kind of autonomic and orderly death of platelets, which is not a phenomenon of autologous injury in pathological condition, but a kind of active death process in order to better adapt to the living environment. Platelet apoptosis is an orderly process in which a large number of molecules and pathways are involved. Mitochondria play a key role in regulating platelet apoptosis. During the process of platelet apoptosis, the mitochondrial permeability transition pore is excessively open, which leads to the decrease of mitochondrial transmembrane potential, and leads to a variety of mitochondrial proteins. Among them, the Bcl-2 family in mitochondria plays a bidirectional role in regulating platelet apoptosis. It is important to study the mechanism of mitochondria in platelet apoptosis.
