【摘要】：正功能磁共振成像(functional magnetic resonance imaging,f MRI)是研究大腦功能的成像技術(shù),由于其無創(chuàng)傷、無輻射、高時(shí)間分辨率和高空間分辨率等優(yōu)勢而得到快速發(fā)展和廣泛應(yīng)用。完成f MRI只需要通用的MRI設(shè)備。其工作原理是對與腦激活相關(guān)的血氧濃度、代謝產(chǎn)物濃度、血流動力學(xué)變化引起的MR信號強(qiáng)度變化進(jìn)行分析,從而以圖像形式呈現(xiàn)。常用的成像技術(shù)主要是血氧水平依賴性(Blood oxygen level dependent,BOLD)對比度成像,其原理是對激
[Abstract]:Positive functional magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is an imaging technique for studying brain function, because it is noninvasive and radiation-free. The advantages of high time resolution and high spatial resolution have been rapidly developed and widely used. To complete f MRI, only a general MRI device is needed. The principle of this device is the concentration of blood oxygen and metabolites related to brain activation. The changes of Mr signal intensity caused by hemodynamic changes were analyzed and presented in the form of images. The commonly used imaging techniques are mainly blood oxygen level dependent Bod contrast imaging, which is based on the principle of excitation.
