回腸代膀胱家兔模型制作中不同的麻醉藥物

【摘要】:背景:家兔回腸代膀胱模型制作對麻醉要求較高,需要手術(shù)野清晰,術(shù)畢恢復(fù)迅速,麻醉藥物及方法的選擇不影響腸道平滑肌的蠕動。目的:比較水合氯醛和烏拉坦對家兔回腸代膀胱模型制作的麻醉效果。方法:18只家兔隨機等分為烏拉坦組和水合氯醛組,分別用體積分?jǐn)?shù)10%水合氯醛2 m L/kg和體積分?jǐn)?shù)20%烏拉坦5 m L/kg實施耳緣靜脈麻醉后,于原膀胱外1 cm處離斷雙輸尿管,種植于回盲部10 cm處切取的15 cm腸段,建立回腸代膀胱模型。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:2組家兔麻醉后心率均較麻醉前出現(xiàn)明顯下降(P≤0.05),但2組間差異無顯著性意義(P0.05)。與水合氯醛組相比,烏拉坦組兔被麻醉的持續(xù)時間、蘇醒時間過長,死亡率高。說明水合氯醛是適合家兔回腸代膀胱模型制作的安全長效的麻醉劑。
[Abstract]:Background: the rabbit model of ileal replacement of bladder requires high anesthesia, a clear surgical field and a rapid recovery at the end of the operation. The choice of anesthetic drugs and methods had no effect on the peristalsis of intestinal smooth muscle. Objective: to compare the anesthetic effects of chloral hydrate and urartan on rabbit ileal bladder replacement model. Methods: 18 rabbits were randomly divided into two groups: uratan group and chloral hydrate group. After intravenous anaesthesia with volume fraction 10% mL / kg of chloral hydrate 2 mL / kg and volume fraction 20% mL / kg of uratan 5 mL / kg, the ureter was cut off at 1 cm outside the original bladder and implanted in the 15 cm intestinal segment removed from the ileocecal region 10 cm.
