【摘要】：目的:觀察腰椎"椎骨錯(cuò)縫"模型大鼠造模節(jié)段生物力學(xué)及H反射潛伏期的變化。方法:采用椎體外部連接固定系統(tǒng)(ELFS)誘導(dǎo)"椎骨錯(cuò)縫"大鼠模型。將160只350~450 g雄性SD大鼠隨機(jī)分為正常對(duì)照組、假手術(shù)組、模型對(duì)照組和實(shí)驗(yàn)組。實(shí)驗(yàn)組通過(guò)外科手術(shù)將ELFS的棘突附著部件(SAU)與大鼠L4、L5和L6棘突相連接,再使用ELFS的外部連接部件將SAU連接起來(lái);模型對(duì)照組僅植入SAU,不安裝外部連接部件;假手術(shù)組僅進(jìn)行手術(shù)干預(yù),不植入任何部件;正常對(duì)照組不進(jìn)行任何干預(yù)。再將各組按固定時(shí)間分為1、2、4、8和12周5個(gè)亞組。在各連接期結(jié)束時(shí),脊柱剛度測(cè)試系統(tǒng)檢測(cè)實(shí)驗(yàn)組和模型對(duì)照組固定節(jié)段剛度;肌電誘發(fā)電位儀檢測(cè)各組大鼠后肢脛神經(jīng)H反射。結(jié)果:"椎骨錯(cuò)縫"模型大鼠脊柱造模節(jié)段剛度隨連接時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)而增加;且造模8周后,"椎骨錯(cuò)縫"模型大鼠后肢脛神經(jīng)H反射潛伏期顯著增加。結(jié)論:"椎骨錯(cuò)縫"模型大鼠相應(yīng)造模節(jié)段發(fā)生了相關(guān)的生物力學(xué)及神經(jīng)傳導(dǎo)特性的改變。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the changes of segmental biomechanics and H reflex latency of lumbar vertebrae dislocation suture model in rats. Methods: the model of "vertebral suture" was induced by the external fixation system of vertebral body, ELFS. 160 rats of 350 pieces 450 g were used. Male SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, Sham-operated group, model control group and experimental group. The experimental group connected the spinous process attachment part of ELFS with L4, L5 and L6 spinous process by surgical operation, and then connected SAU with the external connective part of ELFS. The model control group was only implanted with sau and no external connectors were installed, while the sham-operation group only performed surgical intervention and did not implant any parts. Each group was divided into 5 subgroups according to the fixed time. At the end of each connecting period, the stiffness of the experimental group and the model control group were measured by the spinal stiffness test system. The tibial nerve H reflex of the hind limbs of rats in each group was detected by electromyoelectric potentiometer. Results: the stiffness of spinal segment of the model rats increased with the extension of the connecting time. After 8 weeks of modeling, the latency of H reflex of tibial nerve in the posterior limb of the model rats increased significantly. Conclusion: the biomechanical and nerve conduction characteristics of the corresponding segment of the model have been changed in the rat model of "vertebral dislocation suture".
