氨基酸對草酸鈣晶體生長的影響

【摘要】:本文采用掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、X射線衍射(XRD)等表征方法,在水溶液中研究了不同種類氨基酸及溶液的pH值對尿結(jié)石主要成分草酸鈣(CaOxa)晶體形成的影響。 氨基酸對CaOxa結(jié)晶的影響主要是由靜電作用引起的,酸性氨基酸例如谷氨酸、天冬氨酸能夠抑制CaOxa晶體成核,,促進晶體生長和聚集,且酸性氨基酸能夠誘導一水草酸鈣(COM)的((?)01)晶面優(yōu)先生長,COM的((?)01)晶面優(yōu)先生長的原因在于COM的((?)01)晶面為富Ca~(2+)晶面,而酸性氨基酸的羧基帶有負電荷;中性氨基酸例如苯丙氨酸在0.01~0.1mmol/L濃度區(qū)間內(nèi)抑制成核,促進晶體聚集體的生成,在0.1~1mmol/L濃度區(qū)間內(nèi)晶體數(shù)量迅速減少,晶體聚集體比例增加,晶體尺寸明顯增大;堿性氨基酸例如組氨酸對CaOxa結(jié)晶的影響則呈現(xiàn)曲線變化,在0.01~0.1mmol/L濃度區(qū)間內(nèi)為抑制成核,促進生長,在0.1~1mmol/L濃度區(qū)間內(nèi)為促進成核,且誘導COM晶體的(020)晶面優(yōu)先生長。 在pH實驗中,討論了溶液pH值對CaOxa晶體的數(shù)量,形貌和晶面的影響。在酸性谷氨酸溶液中,pH值越高,生成的CaOxa晶體的數(shù)量越多;當pH高于氨基酸的等電點(pI)時,去質(zhì)子化羧基能誘導COM晶體的((?)01)晶面的生長;在pH較高的添加有堿性賴氨酸的溶液中生成了薄片狀六邊形COM晶體。
[Abstract]:The effects of different kinds of amino acids and pH on the formation of calcium oxalate (CaOxa) crystals in aqueous solution were studied by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The effect of amino acids on the crystallization of CaOxa is mainly caused by electrostatic interaction. Acid amino acids such as glutamic acid and aspartic acid can inhibit the nucleation of CaOxa crystals and promote crystal growth and aggregation, and acid amino acids can induce the formation of calcium oxalate monohydrate. The crystal plane preferential growth of com? The reason for the preferential growth of crystal plane lies in the growth of COM? The crystal plane is rich in Ca~(2) and the carboxyl group of acid amino acid has negative charge. Neutral amino acid such as phenylalanine inhibits nucleation in the concentration range of 0. 01 ~ 0. 1 mmol / L and promotes the formation of crystal aggregates. The number of crystals decreases rapidly in the concentration range of 0. 1 渭 mol / L. The effect of basic amino acids such as histidine on the crystallization of CaOxa showed a curve change, which inhibited nucleation and promoted growth in the concentration range of 0.01 ~ 0.1 mmol / L, and promoted nucleation in the concentration range of 0.1 mmol 路L 路L ~ (-1) ~ (-1) mol 路L ~ (-1) 路L ~ (-1) 路L ~ (-1) mg 路L ~ (-1) 路L ~ (-1) 路L ~ (-1). The crystal plane of COM crystal is induced to grow preferentially. In the pH experiment, the effect of pH value on the quantity, morphology and crystal plane of CaOxa crystal was discussed. The higher the pH value in acid glutamate solution, the more the number of CaOxa crystals, and when the pH value was higher than the isoelectric point of amino acid, The deprotonation of carboxyl groups can induce the formation of COM crystals. Thin hexagonal COM crystals were formed in solutions with higher pH and alkaline lysine.
