【摘要】：目的:本實驗旨在建立甲狀旁腺(PTG)大網(wǎng)膜移植大鼠模型。方法:以成年雄性SD大鼠作為供體及受體,首先建立大鼠甲狀旁腺功能低下受體模型,后切取供體雙側(cè)甲狀旁腺植入受體大網(wǎng)膜上,觀察移植前后血鈣和血PTH變化情況,并于第1,2,4,6周切取受體大網(wǎng)膜行組織切片檢查。結(jié)果:大網(wǎng)膜移植后第5天左右血鈣即恢復(fù)至正常水平,平均2.1±0.44mmol/L,血PTH恢復(fù)至22.6±1.2ng/dL,持續(xù)4周左右,第5周血鈣水平降至平均1.39±0.34mmol/L,血PTH亦降至8.5±2.0ng/dL(與移植前比P0.05)。組織切片提示相同結(jié)果。結(jié)論:在沒有免疫抑制劑等干預(yù)因素下大鼠移植物在大網(wǎng)膜上能夠存活大約4周,此方法能夠建立較理想的PTG大網(wǎng)膜移植模型。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish a rat model of parathyroid gland PTG (PTG) omentum transplantation. Methods: adult male SD rats were used as donors and receptors to establish the model of hypoparathyroidism receptor. The donor bilateral parathyroid glands were removed and implanted into the greater omentum. The changes of blood calcium and PTH were observed before and after transplantation. The recipient omentum was removed for histological examination at 6 weeks after transplantation. Results: on the 5th day after omentum transplantation, blood calcium returned to normal level (mean 2.1 鹵0.44 mmol / L), blood PTH recovered to 22.6 鹵1.2 ng / dL and lasted about 4 weeks. At the 5th week, the serum calcium level decreased to an average of 1.39 鹵0.34 mmol / L, and the blood PTH also decreased to 8.5 鹵2.0 ng / dL (compared with P0.05ng-1 / dL before transplantation). Tissue sections showed the same results. Conclusion: the grafts could survive on the omentum for about 4 weeks without the intervention of immunosuppressive agents. This method can establish an ideal model of PTG omentum transplantation.
