【摘要】:目的 探討醫(yī)科學(xué)生A行為類型與應(yīng)激反應(yīng)的特征;①A和B行為者安靜與應(yīng)激時(shí)血漿皮質(zhì)醇(cortisol)和甲狀腺激素(T_3,T_4)反應(yīng)的特征,以及行為因子與血漿皮質(zhì)醇(cortisol)反應(yīng)的特征的關(guān)系;②A和B行為者安靜與應(yīng)激時(shí)中性粒細(xì)胞吞噬功能的變化特征;③A和B行為者安靜與應(yīng)激時(shí)外周心血管反應(yīng)的特征。 方法 采用A型行為類型量表將75名醫(yī)科學(xué)生測(cè)量分型后;在以限時(shí)心算測(cè)驗(yàn)為應(yīng)激原下,在3-5min完成血液樣本的采集,立即送檢;1周后安靜狀態(tài)再次采血樣送檢;經(jīng)放射免疫法分別測(cè)定血漿皮質(zhì)醇和甲狀腺激素水平值;分別運(yùn)動(dòng)前,運(yùn)動(dòng)中,運(yùn)動(dòng)后采集血樣,采用化學(xué)發(fā)光法測(cè)定他們的中性粒細(xì)胞吞噬功能變化;在考試應(yīng)激狀態(tài)與安靜狀態(tài)下,測(cè)量血壓的變化。采用邏輯質(zhì)的方法分析相互的邏輯關(guān)系。 結(jié)果①在安靜時(shí),A型和B型行為者應(yīng)激時(shí)血漿皮質(zhì)醇水平的差值A(chǔ)cortisol(應(yīng)激值-安靜值)有顯著差異性(t=2.376,P0.05);A型行為者應(yīng)激時(shí)血漿T3水平比安靜時(shí)顯著減少(t=2.875,P0.01);全體A型和B型應(yīng)激時(shí)T4水平比安靜時(shí)顯著減少(t=2.687,P0.01)。②對(duì)于A型行為者,安靜狀態(tài),非運(yùn)動(dòng)組的中性粒細(xì)胞吞噬功能較運(yùn)動(dòng)組強(qiáng)(t=2.132,P0.05),而在運(yùn)動(dòng)中和運(yùn)動(dòng)后兩種狀態(tài)下,運(yùn)動(dòng)型組的增幅均明顯高于非運(yùn)動(dòng)型組(P0.01);在運(yùn)動(dòng)員和非運(yùn)動(dòng)員應(yīng)激反應(yīng)時(shí)中性粒細(xì)胞吞噬功能強(qiáng)度也有顯著邏輯差異(t=0.2106,P0.05;t≥3.9713,P0.05)。在考試應(yīng)激時(shí),A型脈壓比B型的減小。A型和B型組外周心血管反應(yīng)指標(biāo)血壓變化比較有顯著邏輯差異(t=11.001,P0.01;t≤1.920,P0.05)。③分別在應(yīng)激和安靜時(shí),其cortisol和T3指標(biāo)之間均無統(tǒng)計(jì)差異(應(yīng)激t≤0.05058,安靜t≤1.1095,均P0.05);每項(xiàng)指標(biāo)(cortisol或T_3)在A型和B型行為者間應(yīng)激反應(yīng)差別具有顯著差性(cortisol:t=2.373,P0.05;t≥2.843,P0.05;T3:t≥4.744,P0.05,t=0.000, P0.05),兩種指標(biāo)的邏輯性相同即相似性:同時(shí)比較A型和B型行為者應(yīng)激反應(yīng)的差值A(chǔ)cortisol和△T_4指標(biāo)
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the characteristics of A behavior type and stress response in medical students. Relationship between behavioral factors and characteristics of plasma cortisol cortisol response the changes of neutrophil phagocytosis in quiet and B actors during stress the characteristics of neutrophil phagocytosis during stress and the characteristics of peripheral cardiovascular response in quiet and B behaviors. Methods Seventy-five medical students were measured and classified by type A behavioral type scale, and blood samples were collected in 3-5 minutes under the stress of time-limited mental arithmetic test, and blood samples were collected again in a quiet state after one week's examination. Plasma cortisol and thyroid hormone levels were measured by radioimmunoassay, blood samples were collected before, during and after exercise respectively, and the phagocytic function of neutrophils was measured by chemiluminescence method. The changes of blood pressure were measured in the state of test stress and quietness, and the logical relationship between them was analyzed by the method of logical quality. Results 1There were significant differences in plasma cortisol levels between patients with type A and type B behaviors under stress. There was a significant difference in plasma cortisol levels between patients with type A and type B behaviors under stress. Plasma T3 levels in patients with type A behavior under stress were significantly lower than those in patients with type A behavior under quiet stress, and the levels of plasma cortisol in all patients with type A and type B behavior were significantly lower than those in patients with type A and type B behaviors under quiet stress. All patients with type A and type B behavior had significant differences in plasma cortisol levels. The level of T4 in type B stress was significantly lower than that in quiet stress. In quiet state, the phagocytosis of neutrophils in the non-exercise group was stronger than that in the exercise group, while in the exercise and post-exercise states, the phagocytosis of neutrophil was stronger than that in the exercise group. The increase rate of neutrophil phagocytosis in the exercise type group was significantly higher than that in the non-exercise type group, and the phagocytosis intensity of neutrophils was significantly different between athletes and non-athletes in the stress response. The pulse pressure ratio B of type A was decreased during test stress. There was a significant logical difference in the changes of blood pressure between type A and type B groups in peripheral cardiovascular response, and there were significant differences between the two groups in stress and quiet, respectively, when the changes of blood pressure were 11.001U, P0.01t 鈮,
