《奧多芙的神秘》中的女性意識(shí)探究

《奧多芙的神秘》是十八世紀(jì)著名的女性哥特小說(shuō)家安·拉德克利夫的經(jīng)典之作。這部小說(shuō)一經(jīng)問(wèn)世就引來(lái)了各方面的爭(zhēng)論。雖然自20世紀(jì)20年代以來(lái),英國(guó)哥特小說(shuō)已逐步引起學(xué)者關(guān)注,尤其是第二次世界大戰(zhàn)以后,哥特小說(shuō)的研究受到越來(lái)越多的青睞。但是我國(guó)對(duì)于哥特小說(shuō)的研究還相對(duì)落后。傳統(tǒng)的哥特小說(shuō)涉及較少,涉及傳統(tǒng)女性哥特小說(shuō)的女性意識(shí)寥寥無(wú)幾,很少有人對(duì)作為哥特小說(shuō)經(jīng)典之作的《奧多芙的神秘》進(jìn)行很完整的分析。本文試圖通過(guò)文本細(xì)讀對(duì)《奧多芙的神秘》分析文本中的女性角色,進(jìn)而發(fā)掘出她作品中強(qiáng)調(diào)女性要求得到自由,尋求自我的女性意識(shí)的覺醒。 本論文圍繞順從、壓制與反叛、自我意識(shí)覺醒方面來(lái)解析安·拉德克利夫的《奧多芙的神秘》的女性意識(shí)的建構(gòu)。以期能對(duì)早期哥特小說(shuō)、女性哥特主義小說(shuō)的研究提供研究視角。本文從五個(gè)章節(jié)進(jìn)行論述:序言部分介紹國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)安·拉德克里夫及其作品的文學(xué)評(píng)論和作者重要地位及其作品的研究?jī)r(jià)值。第一部分闡述18世紀(jì)英國(guó)女性內(nèi)化的順從的淑女意識(shí)。通過(guò)父權(quán)制社會(huì)中女性的順從地位的社會(huì)背景及作者的淑女本性及文本中女性的順從意識(shí)來(lái)展開論述被奴役的女性把父權(quán)社會(huì)安置在女性身上的特征:順從、天真、被動(dòng)、純潔、...
