作為歐洲文學(xué)史上少數(shù)幾個杰出的作家之一,莎士比亞在歐洲文學(xué)史上是一個里程碑式的人物。誠如他同時代的本·瓊生所說,他“是時代的靈魂”。作為一個劃時代的作家,他“不屬于一個時代而屬于所有的世紀(jì)”。近些年來,東西方莎士比亞批評浩若煙海,信手拈來,這正是莎翁魅力所在。如果說一千個讀者就有一千個哈姆雷特,那么一千個讀者也就有一千個莎士比亞。尤其20世紀(jì)中后期以來,莎翁批評更是流派紛呈,一片繁榮。但是,大多數(shù)批評要么集中在莎翁的理論創(chuàng)作上,要么集中在莎翁單個作品上而且重點刻畫的基本是男性主人公,女性形象的分析通常被邊緣化了。 本文以當(dāng)代女性主義批評家愛蓮娜·肖瓦爾特提出的“女性主義批評”和“婦女批評學(xué)”為基本理論依據(jù),致力于莎翁作品中女性形象的分析,并重新評價其文學(xué)價值和現(xiàn)實意義。 本文共六部分。導(dǎo)論簡單提及莎翁生平及簡要介紹文中所涉及的三部悲劇作品以及相關(guān)的研究現(xiàn)狀。最后,論文給出本文研究的意義和主旨。通過對朱麗葉、苔絲狄夢娜以及麥克白夫人的分析,分析其悲劇原因,揭示他們是女性不同發(fā)展時期的不同角色,卻同樣從屬于身邊的男人,導(dǎo)致了悲劇的產(chǎn)生。 第一章集中討論朱麗葉。作為女朋友的朱麗葉,她美麗,純...
