本文以系統(tǒng)功能語(yǔ)言學(xué)的人際功能理論為基礎(chǔ),分析、探討了著名的女性小說(shuō)家簡(jiǎn)·奧斯汀的代表作《傲慢與偏見(jiàn)》中人物對(duì)話體現(xiàn)出來(lái)的人際意義特征。通過(guò)分析對(duì)話中體現(xiàn)出來(lái)的人際意義,本文發(fā)現(xiàn)了從小句和語(yǔ)氣角度來(lái)解讀文學(xué)作品的新視角。人際功能是韓禮德的系統(tǒng)功能語(yǔ)言學(xué)中三大元功能之一,它可以被用來(lái)探索小說(shuō)中不同人物之間的人際關(guān)系,以及各人物的性格。通過(guò)在小句和語(yǔ)氣層面上對(duì)人際意義的分析,本文還發(fā)現(xiàn),人物性格和各人物之間的人際關(guān)系與他們的話輪,小句的密度和語(yǔ)氣模式的選擇密切相關(guān)。各個(gè)人物的話輪多少、小句密度和語(yǔ)氣模式的選擇受到三個(gè)主要因素的影響,它們分別是:各人物在對(duì)話中擁有的話語(yǔ)權(quán)力,各人物在對(duì)話中的情感投入程度和對(duì)話的主題。這三個(gè)因素又相互作用,相互影響。為了證明這三個(gè)因素對(duì)人物性格和各人物之間的人際關(guān)系的影響,作者運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)的方法,對(duì)不同人物在各對(duì)話中使用的小句和語(yǔ)氣特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了比較分析。在分析的基礎(chǔ)上,作者又討論了在對(duì)話中各人物在對(duì)話中的話語(yǔ)權(quán)力,話題選擇和個(gè)人情感投入程度是如何反應(yīng)人際關(guān)系的。通過(guò)比較和分析,我們發(fā)現(xiàn),對(duì)話中人物擁有的話語(yǔ)權(quán)力,話題與對(duì)話參與者的相關(guān)程度和各人物的情感投入程度密切相...
