【摘要】：在莎士比亞的戲劇"亨利四世,上篇"中,王子哈爾的第一篇人物獨白體現(xiàn)出其人物性格的復(fù)雜性和矛盾性。在這篇獨白發(fā)表之前,王子哈爾輕佻浮浪,縱情聲色;而通過這篇獨白,觀眾看到了一個完全不同于以往的形象。一方面,哈爾展現(xiàn)出作為王位繼承者的使命感和責任感;另一方面,他利用別人的性格缺陷和行為瑕疵來反襯自己正面形象的行為又讓觀眾覺得其暗藏心機。年輕的王子哈爾正處于一個找尋自我的艱難摸索過程中。當觀眾看到他努力錘煉自己的個人品質(zhì)以符合公眾對于理想君王的期待時,我們有理由相信他是未來國家統(tǒng)治者的合格人選。
[Abstract]:In Shakespeare's play Henry IV, the first monologue by Prince Hal reflects the complexity and contradiction of his character. Before the monologue was published, Prince Hal was frivolous and flirtatious; through the monologue, the audience saw a completely different image. On the one hand, Hal shows a sense of mission and responsibility as a successor to the throne; on the other hand, he uses other people's personality defects and behavioral flaws to counter his positive image and makes the audience feel that he has hidden feelings. The young prince, Hal, was in the midst of a difficult quest to find himself. When the audience sees his efforts to refine his personal qualities to meet the expectations of the public for the ideal monarch, we have reason to believe that he is a qualified candidate for the future ruler of the country.
