【摘要】：簡妮特·溫特森是英國當代最具才情的女作家之一，她個性獨立張揚，，敢于反叛世俗權威。她的作品多以巧妙運用后現(xiàn)代的敘事手法和精妙的語言著稱，曾獲得惠特布萊德獎、布魯姆伯利獎、美國諾普夫等重要獎項。2005年，她應邀參加了英國坎農格特出版社發(fā)起的重述神話項目，將阿特拉斯背負蒼天的故事與人類登月、“和平號”空間站升空等具有劃時代意義的現(xiàn)代科學事件相互融合，凝聚成一部全新的作品——《重量》，一個彌漫著神秘色彩的遠古神話因此打上了當今時代的烙印。本文試圖從存在主義的角度探尋作品對人的存在、自由和選擇的觀點，挖掘作品中體現(xiàn)的思想寓意和人生哲理。 本文共分為五個部分：第一部分緒論主要介紹重述神話項目的起源和簡妮特·溫特森及其《重量》的研究現(xiàn)狀；第二部分結合薩特的五種處境方式：我的位置、我的過去、我的周圍、我的鄰人和我的死亡來逐一探討《重量》中人物存在的處境問題，從而揭示自由與處境的關系；第三部分重點論述了小說表現(xiàn)在外部世界和人物人生方面的荒誕，以及人物在面對荒誕時作出的不同回應；第四部分重點論述《重量》中人物的自由選擇，探討了人物在絕望境地中的選擇和超越自我的選擇。第五部分重點論述了重述背天神話的當代意義——自我選擇的必然性和承擔責任的絕對性。 《重量》中作者最終給出的結論是人要進行自我創(chuàng)造，正如作者本人一直堅持的不在乎世人的眼光始終做真正的自己，這也和存在主義的觀點不謀而合，人要不屈服于命運，無論遇到的是怎樣的世界，都要勇敢面對并勇于承擔。
[Abstract]:Jeanette Winterson is one of the most talented women writers in Britain.Most of her works are known for their ingenious use of postmodern narrative techniques and sophisticated language. She has won important awards such as the Whitford Award, the Broombury Prize, the Noopf Award, and so on.She was invited to participate in the mythology restatement project, launched by Canongate Press in the UK, to integrate the story of Atlas carrying the sky with epoch-making modern scientific events such as the human landing on the moon and the launch of the Mir space station.Condensed into a new work-weight, a mysterious ancient myth has been branded by the times.This paper attempts to explore the existence, freedom and choice of human beings from the perspective of existentialism, and excavate the ideological implication and philosophy of life embodied in the works.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part introduces the origin of the mythology project and the research status of Janet Winterson and his weight. The second part combines the five situations of Sartre: my position, my past.Around me, my neighbors and my death discuss the situation of the characters in weight one by one, thus revealing the relationship between freedom and situation. The third part focuses on the absurdity of the novel in the outside world and in the life of the characters.The fourth part focuses on the free choice of characters in weight, discusses the choice of characters in the desperate situation and the choice of transcending oneself.The fifth part focuses on the restatement of the contemporary significance of the myth of the back of heaven-the inevitability of self-selection and the absoluteness of responsibility.The author's final conclusion in weight is that man should create himself, just as the author himself insists on not caring about the eyes of the world and always being the true self, which coincides with the existentialist view that man should not yield to his destiny.No matter what kind of world we meet, we must face it bravely and bear it.
