【摘要】：諺語是習(xí)語和民間文學(xué)的一部分。一般說來,諺語的語言具有簡潔、凝練、生動形象、韻律優(yōu)美和諧等特征。諺語是語言和文化的結(jié)晶,是人們生活、斗爭、經(jīng)驗的總結(jié)和對世界的認(rèn)知,其充滿了智慧,對人生具有啟發(fā)和教育作用。此外,諺語還具有民族性,是一個民族特殊文化的鏡子。 諺語在語言和文化中具有重要作用,一直以來備受國內(nèi)外學(xué)者的關(guān)注。他們對諺語的研究主要包括在以下幾個方面：諺語的民族特點、諺語的修辭和語言特點、諺語的分類、諺語的作用、諺語的翻譯、以及英漢諺語的對比研究等。由于認(rèn)知語言學(xué)的出現(xiàn),很多學(xué)者從認(rèn)知語言學(xué)的角度對諺語進行了研究。然而,從語用學(xué)角度對諺語研究的學(xué)者相對較少。 基于上述原因,本文主要結(jié)合順應(yīng)論和模因論對英語諺語能夠廣泛傳播和具有長存性的原因進行了研究。本文首先介紹了國內(nèi)外對英語諺語的研究現(xiàn)狀和諺語的一些基本概況,其次對所運用的理論框架進行了詳細(xì)的闡釋,接著分析英語諺語模因在復(fù)制和傳播中的選擇標(biāo)準(zhǔn),最后從順應(yīng)論的角度闡述了英語諺語模因能夠廣泛傳播和長存的原因,分別是對認(rèn)知,情感和文化的順應(yīng)。 通過以上研究,本文得出的結(jié)論是：英語諺語本身就是一種語言模因,它包含了模因的特征。語言模因在產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展過程就像基因一樣,其過程是一個優(yōu)勝劣汰,適者生存的過程。只有那些順應(yīng)了人們交際需要的模因才能獲得頑強生命力,在人們交際中世代流傳。
[Abstract]:Proverbs are part of idioms and folklore. Generally speaking, proverbs are characterized by simplicity, conciseness, vividness and harmony. Proverbs are the crystallization of language and culture, and they are the life and struggle of people. The summing up of experience and the cognition of the world are full of wisdom and enlighten and educate life. In addition, proverbs have nationality and are a mirror of a nation's special culture. Proverbs, which play an important role in language and culture, have long attracted the attention of scholars at home and abroad. Their research on proverbs mainly includes the following aspects: the national characteristics of proverbs, the rhetoric and linguistic characteristics of proverbs, and the classification of proverbs. The role of proverbs, the translation of proverbs, and the contrastive study of English and Chinese proverbs. Due to the emergence of cognitive linguistics, many scholars have studied proverbs from the perspective of cognitive linguistics. However, Relatively few scholars study proverbs from the perspective of pragmatics. For these reasons, This paper mainly studies the reasons why English proverbs can be widely spread and exists with the help of adaptation theory and memetics. Firstly, this paper introduces the current situation of English proverbs research and some basic proverbs at home and abroad. Secondly, the theoretical framework is explained in detail, and then the selection criteria of English proverbs' memes in reproduction and dissemination are analyzed. Finally, the reasons why English proverbs' memes can be widely spread and long lasting are explained from the perspective of adaptation theory. It is the adaptation to cognition, emotion and culture. Based on the above research, this paper draws the conclusion that English proverbs are language memes, which contain the characteristics of memes. Language memes are produced and developed in the same way as genes, the process of which is a survival of the fittest. The process of survival of the fittest. Only those memes that conform to the needs of people's communication can gain tenacious vitality and spread from generation to generation in people's communication.
