【摘要】：為研究人參莖葉提取物對Ⅰ型糖尿病的影響,選取40只清潔級雄性昆明小鼠以劑量120 mg/kg·體重腹腔注射鏈脲佐菌素(STZ)建立Ⅰ型糖尿病小鼠模型,試驗期間定時檢測小鼠體重及空腹血糖值,試驗20d后眼球取血處理得血清,測定小鼠血清總膽固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)含量并進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果顯示,一定劑量的人參莖葉提取物懸濁液有助于改善Ⅰ型糖尿病小鼠的抗氧化能力,降低血清血脂水平,對緩解糖尿病并發(fā)癥有重要意義。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of ginseng stem and leaf extract on type I diabetes mellitus, 40 clean male Kunming mice were intraperitoneally injected with streptozotocin (STZ) at a dose of 120 mg/kg. The body weight and fasting blood glucose value of mice were measured regularly during the experiment. After 20 days of experiment, the serum was taken from eyeball to obtain serum total cholesterol (TC), TG (TG),. The contents of (SOD) and (MDA) in SOD were analyzed. The results showed that a certain dose of ginseng stem and leaf extract suspension was helpful to improve the antioxidant capacity of type I diabetic mice and reduce the level of serum lipid, which was of great significance to alleviate the complications of diabetes mellitus.
