【摘要】：正沙門菌(Salmonella)屬腸桿菌科,是一大群寄生于人類和動(dòng)物腸道內(nèi)、生化反應(yīng)和抗原結(jié)構(gòu)相似的革蘭陰性桿菌。1885年美國(guó)病理學(xué)家Salmon D E分離到豬霍亂桿菌,鑒于Salmon首先發(fā)現(xiàn)該屬細(xì)菌,且在研究中貢獻(xiàn)大,遂將該菌屬稱為沙門菌屬~([1])。此前國(guó)內(nèi)很長(zhǎng)時(shí)間將該菌稱之為沙門氏菌,目前規(guī)范地稱為沙門菌。
[Abstract]:Salmonella (Salmonella) belongs to Enterobacteriaceae, is a large group of Gram-negative bacteria parasitic in the intestines of human and animal, with similar biochemical reaction and antigen structure. In 1885, American pathologist Salmon D E isolated Streptomyces suis. In view of the fact that Salmon first discovered this genus, and made a great contribution to the study, the genus Salmonella was called Salmonella ([1]). Previously, the bacteria have been called Salmonella for a long time in China, and are now standardized as Salmonella.
