單純腹壁高能爆炸傷合并內(nèi)臟外露的動(dòng)物模型的建立與實(shí)驗(yàn)觀察研究
[Abstract]:Objective: in order to observe the injury condition of abdominal wall explosion injury complicated with visceral organ exposure for a long time after injury, to study the regularity of injury and prognosis of this kind of trauma. An animal model of abdominal blast injury complicated with visceral organ exposure was established, which could survive for a long time after injury. Methods: twelve rabbits were randomly divided into two groups, 6 rabbits in each group. Under the condition of general anesthesia, prepare skin marking wound site in advance. The experimental group was treated with self-made celiac protective device, then the 0.125gTNT equivalent explosive ball was applied to the injured site, and the control group was directly injured by the same explosive source without protective treatment. The gross morphology of experimental animals in each group was observed after injury. Pathological sections were observed on the injured tissues of living animals every day. The survival time of dead animals was recorded and autopsies were performed. Results: the abdominal wall of both groups showed open blast injury. The wound area of the experimental group was 3.8 鹵0.56 cm 2, while that of the control group was 3.93 鹵0.49cm2.P0.05. There was no significant difference between the two groups. The survival time of experimental group was 142 鹵87.78 hours. The average survival time of the experimental animals in the control group was 3.77 鹵2.25h. P 0.05. There was significant difference in survival time between the two groups. The experimental group was significantly longer than the control group. Postmortem and pathological observation showed that the causes of early death in the control group were abdominal hemorrhage and visceral injury, while visceral fiber adhesion occurred in the experimental group, but no obvious visceral trauma was found in the experimental group. Pathological sections showed that there were some differences in the explosive trauma of the abdominal wall, showing the pathological changes of "external light and internal weight", and progressive development. The change of muscle tissue was the most typical. Conclusion: the mechanism of abdominal wall explosion injury complicated with visceral organ exposure was simulated in this study. The animal model of simple abdominal wall explosion injury with long survival time after injury was established by effective protection.
