瑪咖對(duì)力竭運(yùn)動(dòng)后老年模型大鼠腎臟線粒體呼吸功能及抗衰老能力的影響

【摘要】:背景:研究表明,瑪咖可增強(qiáng)細(xì)胞的免疫功能,提高線粒體呼吸鏈酶活性,起到抗氧化抗衰老的作用。目的:觀察瑪咖對(duì)力竭運(yùn)動(dòng)后老年大鼠腎臟線粒體呼吸功能及抗衰老能力的影響。方法:將10月齡老年大鼠每日灌胃1次瑪咖粉劑(5 g/kg),同時(shí)進(jìn)行遞增負(fù)荷跑臺(tái)運(yùn)動(dòng),每周5 d,同時(shí)設(shè)對(duì)照組、瑪咖組和運(yùn)動(dòng)組作對(duì)照。訓(xùn)練6周后,各組大鼠均進(jìn)行力竭運(yùn)動(dòng)(35 m/min),隨后即刻腹腔注射2%戊巴比妥鈉麻醉大鼠取出腎臟,差速離心提取線粒體,分光光度計(jì)測(cè)定線粒體呼吸鏈酶活性。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:1線粒體呼吸鏈酶及抗氧化酶活性:與對(duì)照組、瑪咖組和運(yùn)動(dòng)組相比,瑪咖+運(yùn)動(dòng)組線粒體呼吸鏈酶Ⅰ-Ⅲ、超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽過(guò)氧化物酶活性均升高(P0.05或P0.01)、丙二醛含量均降低(P0.05或P0.01);2結(jié)果說(shuō)明:補(bǔ)充瑪咖結(jié)合遞增負(fù)荷運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練均可提高力竭運(yùn)動(dòng)后老年大鼠腎臟線粒呼吸功能,延緩衰老,且補(bǔ)充瑪咖與遞增負(fù)荷運(yùn)動(dòng)具有協(xié)同效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Background: Maca can enhance the immune function of cells, increase the activity of mitochondrial respiratory chain enzyme, and play an anti-oxidative and anti-aging role. Aim: to observe the effect of maca on the respiratory function and anti-aging ability of kidney mitochondria in aged rats after exhaustive exercise. Methods: 10-month-old rats were gavage once a day with maca powder (5 g/kg). At the same time, the rats were subjected to incremental load treadmill exercise for 5 days a week. The control group, Maga group and exercise group were used as the control group at the same time. After 6 weeks of training, rats in each group were subjected to exhaustive exercise (35 m/min). The kidneys were immediately taken out by intraperitoneal injection of 2% pentobarbital sodium and the mitochondria were extracted by differential centrifugation, and the activities of mitochondrial respiratory chain enzymes were measured by spectrophotometer.
