鞣質(zhì)聯(lián)合環(huán)丙沙星對鮑曼不動桿菌生物膜形成的影響

【摘要】:目的研究石榴皮提取物鞣質(zhì)聯(lián)合環(huán)丙沙星(CIP)對鮑曼不動桿菌(Ab)生物膜形成的影響。方法采用2倍稀釋法測得石榴皮提取物鞣質(zhì)和CIP對Ab ATCC19606的最低抑菌濃度(MIC);將1/2MIC、MIC、2MIC濃度的鞣質(zhì)和CIP單獨(dú)及聯(lián)合用藥作用于Ab生物膜4、8、24和48 h,采用結(jié)晶紫法和熒光顯微鏡法觀察生物膜的形成。結(jié)果鞣質(zhì)和CIP對Ab的MIC值為1.95和0.50 mg/ml;聯(lián)合用藥較單獨(dú)用藥對Ab生物膜的形成影響大,且2MIC鞣質(zhì)+2MIC CIP聯(lián)合作用24 h,對生物膜形成影響最大。結(jié)論石榴皮提取物鞣質(zhì)和CIP聯(lián)合用藥對生物膜形成的影響比單獨(dú)用藥明顯,且2MIC鞣質(zhì)+2CIP聯(lián)合用藥對Ab生物膜作用24 h影響效果最佳。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of pomegranate skin extract and ciprofloxacin (CIP) on biofilm formation of Acinetobacter baumannii (Ab). Methods the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC);) of tannin and CIP on Ab ATCC19606 was determined by twice dilution method. The biofilm formation of Ab biofilm was observed by crystal violet method and fluorescence microscopy. The Ab biofilm was treated with tannin and CIP at the concentration of 1 渭 2 MIC, MIC and MIC for 4, 8, 24 and 48 h respectively. Results the MIC of tannin and CIP on Ab was 1.95 and 0.50 mg/ml;, and the effect of combination of tannin and 2MIC CIP on the formation of Ab biofilm was greater than that of Ab alone. The combination of tannin and 2MIC CIP for 24 h had the greatest effect on the formation of biofilm. Conclusion the effect of combination of pomegranate extract tannin and CIP on biofilm formation is more obvious than that of 2CIP alone, and the effect of combined use of 2MIC tannin and 2CIP on Ab biofilm is the best for 24 h.
