【摘要】：目的總結(jié)影響脂肪干細(xì)胞成脂分化的供體因素和實(shí)驗(yàn)因素,為脂肪干細(xì)胞成脂分化研究提供參考。方法廣泛查閱近年來國內(nèi)外有關(guān)影響脂肪干細(xì)胞成脂分化的供體因素和實(shí)驗(yàn)因素相關(guān)研究報(bào)道,并進(jìn)行總結(jié)。結(jié)果影響脂肪干細(xì)胞成脂分化的供體因素和實(shí)驗(yàn)因素很多,其中有很多因素仍存在爭議,如供體年齡、健康狀態(tài)、脂肪組織取材部位等,有待進(jìn)一步研究。結(jié)論需進(jìn)一步深入研究影響脂肪干細(xì)胞成脂分化的供體因素和實(shí)驗(yàn)因素,明確存在爭議的事項(xiàng),為脂肪干細(xì)胞在脂肪組織工程中的應(yīng)用奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the donor factors and experimental factors affecting adipogenic differentiation of adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs), and to provide references for adipogenic differentiation of adipose-derived stem cells. Methods the donor factors and experimental factors affecting adipose stem cell adipoid differentiation were reviewed and summarized in recent years. Results there were many donor factors and experimental factors affecting adipocyte differentiation, and many of them were still controversial, such as donor age, health status, adipose tissue sampling site and so on, which needed to be further studied. Conclusion it is necessary to further study the donor factors and experimental factors that affect adipose tissue differentiation of adipose-derived stem cells, to clarify the controversial issues, and to lay a foundation for the application of adipose-derived stem cells in adipose tissue engineering.
