新型特異性磁共振淋巴造影劑舌間質(zhì)注射頸淋巴造影的動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)研究
[Abstract]:Objective: SW2 is a new kind of specific interstitial magnetic resonance lymphatic contrast agent, which can be used to develop the lymphatic and fossa lymph nodes of the two lower limbs of the rabbit after the subcutaneous injection of the webbed webbed. The application value of SW2 transmucosal injection on the development of cervical lymph is discussed, and a new method is provided to understand the regularity of head and neck lymphatic drainage and to diagnose the metastasis of head and neck malignant tumor. Methods: 3.0 GE nuclear magnetic resonance (MRI) was used. 12 pure-bred New Zealand white rabbits were selected, and each rabbit was injected with 0. 2mL of SW2 under the submucous membrane of the double-side tongue of each white rabbit, and the massage injection site 30S and three-dimensional enhanced magnetic resonance lymphography was performed before and after the injection of the contrast agent, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 50, 90min, and 4h after the injection of the contrast agent, respectively.. Measure the signal strength of the neck lymph nodes in the drainage area of different delay time, calculate the signal strength of different time (E%), and draw the time-signal strength curve. Statistical analysis of data using the SPSS11.5 software package. Blood routine and blood biochemical examination were performed on the white rabbits before and after the experiment, and the pathological examination of the liver and the kidney was performed. Results: SW2 was able to specifically develop the lymph nodes of the neck of the rabbit and the lymph nodes of the first and the second stage. The imaging was clear and the blood vessels were not significant. The signal intensity of the cervical lymph node after injection of the contrast agent reached the peak value, and the E% was 344%. The best enhancement effect was obtained after 20-50min after injection. Fruit. After injection, the lymph node and lymphatic contrast medium were substantially expanded and the signal intensity recovered to normal water. The signal enhancement rate of the cervical lymph node at different time was statistically analyzed, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05).). There was no significant difference in blood routine and biochemical routine examination before and after injection of the developer. No significant difference was found in liver and kidney pathology. The experimental animals in each group were not significantly negative in 1w after the subcutaneous puncture and the injection of the contrast agent. Conclusion: SW2, as the IMRLG, can quickly and effectively display the shape of the lymph vessels in the neck drainage area and the shape of the neck lymph nodes, the development is clear, the development duration is long, the development of the lymph tissue is specific, it is an excellent lymphatic system with potential clinical and scientific research value.
