【摘要】：目的了解麗水市蓮都區(qū)鼠疫疫源地鼠類攜帶耶爾森菌的類型、毒力基因、生物型以及抗生素敏感等情況。方法利用常規(guī)耶爾森菌分離方法從635份鼠類腸道內容物中分離耶爾森菌,對檢獲的小腸結腸炎耶爾森菌、假結核耶爾森菌進行生物分型試驗、抗生素敏感試驗和毒力基因檢測。結果共檢獲26株耶爾森菌,其中小腸結腸炎耶爾森菌檢出率為2.83%(18/635),均為生物1A型非致病性菌株;假結核耶爾森菌檢出率為0.31%(2/635),中間型耶爾森菌檢出率為0.31%(2/635),弗氏耶爾森菌檢出率為0.47%(3/635),克氏耶爾森檢出率為0.16%(1/635)。18株小腸結腸炎耶爾森菌中,2株對慶大霉素耐藥,4株對復方新諾明耐藥。2株假結核耶爾森菌均對慶大霉素耐藥,1株同時對頭孢曲松和復方新諾明耐藥。結論蓮都鼠疫監(jiān)測點鼠類攜帶耶爾森菌種類多,以小腸結腸炎耶爾森菌為主,對耶爾森菌的監(jiān)測要進一步加強,以評估鼠疫暴發(fā)的危險度。同時,應警惕耶爾森菌引起的腸道傳染病。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the types, virulence genes, biotypes and antibiotic sensitivity of Yersinia pestis in plague foci in Liandu district, Lishui City. Methods Yersinia was isolated from 635 rat intestinal contents by routine Yersinia isolation method. The strains of Yersinia enterocolitica and Yersinia pseudotuberculosis were detected by biotyping, antibiotic sensitivity test and virulence gene detection. Results A total of 26 strains of Yersinia enterocolitica were seized. The positive rate of Yersinia enterocolitica was 2.83% (18 / 635). The positive rate of Yersinia pseudotuberculosis was 0.31% (2 / 635), that of Yersinia intermedius was 0.31% (2 / 635), and that of Yersinia flexneri was 0.47% (3 / 635). Among 18 Yersinia enterocolitica strains, 2 strains were resistant to gentamicin, 4 strains were resistant to compound sulfamethoxine, 2 strains of Yersinia pseudotuberculosis were resistant to gentamicin, and 2 strains of Yersinia pseudotuberculosis were resistant to gentamicin. One strain was resistant to both ceftriaxone and compound sulfamethasone. Conclusion Yersinia enterocolitica is the main type of Yersinia enterocolitica in the monitoring sites of Yersinia pestis in Liandu, and the monitoring of Yersinia enterocolitica should be strengthened to assess the risk of Yersinia pestis outbreak. At the same time, we should be on guard against the intestinal infection caused by Yersinia.
