蛋白質賴氨酸琥珀酰化修飾研究進展
[Abstract]:Recently, it has been found that lysine succinylation modification exists in organisms and is widely involved in cell differentiation, cell metabolism and other important physiological activities, which has become a research hotspot in the field of life science. At present, many studies have confirmed the existence of protein succinylation modification in prokaryotes and eukaryotes, especially in many metabolic enzymes of central metabolism and intermediate metabolism. In order to better understand the importance of succinylation modification in organisms, the current research contents and recent advances in protein succinyl modification were reviewed, and the central metabolic pathways of succinylation of lysine sites were summarized. The regulation of diseases and other important physiological and pathological activities.
