【摘要】：為了解河南省乙型肝炎(乙肝)HBV基因型分布及其主蛋白抗原主要親水區(qū)(MHR)氨基酸(aa)位點(diǎn)變異情況。本研究采集河南省2012年HBV流行病學(xué)調(diào)查的部分HBsAg和HBeAg陽性的血清樣本,提取HBV DNA并進(jìn)行序列擴(kuò)增,測(cè)序得到s基因序列,利用Mega6.0軟件比較分析。共得到HBVS基因序列50條,基因型分布B型為16.0%(8/50)、C型為84.0%(42/50)。血清型分布中,adrq+為HBV主要流行血清型,流行率為84.0%。S基因MHR aa位點(diǎn)變異中,T126變異率最高,為14.0%。HBV MHR變異株總流行率為24.0%(12/50),其中B型的突變率為37.5%(3/8),C型的突變率為21.4%(9/42)。河南省乙肝基因型分布以C型為主,B型次之。血清型主要為adrq+為主,adw2次之。HBV MHR aa位點(diǎn)存在變異,應(yīng)在今后的計(jì)劃免疫和HBIG治療中給予重視。
[Abstract]:To investigate the distribution of HBV genotypes and the variation of (MHR) amino acid (aa) sites in the main hydrophilic region of the main protein antigen in Henan Province. In this study, we collected some HBsAg and HBeAg positive serum samples from HBV epidemiological investigation in Henan province in 2012, extracted HBV DNA and sequenced it, sequenced the s gene sequence, and compared the results with Mega6.0 software. A total of 50 HBVS gene sequences were obtained. Genotype B was 16.0% (8- 50), C) and 84.0% (42 / 50). In the distribution of serotypes, adrq was the main prevalent serotype of HBV, the prevalence rate was 84.0.S gene MHR aa mutation, T126 mutation rate was the highest, and the total prevalence rate of 14.0%.HBV MHR variant was 24.0% (12 / 50). The mutation rate of B type was 37.5% (3 / 8), C) and the mutation rate was 21.4% (9 / 42). The distribution of hepatitis B genotype in Henan Province was mainly C type, followed by B type. The serotype is mainly adrq, and the. HBV MHR aa site of adw2 is the second. It should be paid attention to in the future planning immunization and HBIG therapy.
