CDR1as與疾病的相關(guān)性

【摘要】:環(huán)狀RNA(circular RNA,circRNA)是存在于真核細胞中的一種非線性RNA,具有穩(wěn)定性、特異性以及進化保守性等特征,通過發(fā)揮microRNA的海綿作用,對其靶基因進行調(diào)控。與線性RNA相比,環(huán)狀RNA自身的閉合環(huán)狀結(jié)構(gòu)使其更具優(yōu)越性。小腦變性相關(guān)蛋白1反義轉(zhuǎn)錄物(cerebellar degeneration-related protein 1 antisense,CDR1as)作為一種競爭性內(nèi)源RNA(competing endogenous RNA,ceRNA)間接調(diào)控miR-7靶標,通過多種途徑影響多種疾病的發(fā)生和發(fā)展。本文就CDR1as的發(fā)現(xiàn)、來源及特征、功能以及與不同疾病的相關(guān)性作一概述。
[Abstract]:Cyclic RNA (circular RNA,circRNA is a kind of nonlinear RNA, in eukaryotic cells, which has the characteristics of stability, specificity and evolutionarily conserved. It regulates its target gene by exerting the sponge function of microRNA. Compared with linear RNA, the closed ring structure of circular RNA makes it more superior. Cerebellar degeneration associated protein 1 antisense transcription (cerebellar degeneration-related protein 1 antisense,CDR1as), as a competitive endogenous RNA (competing endogenous RNA,ceRNA, indirectly regulates miR-7 targets and affects the occurrence and development of many diseases through multiple pathways. This paper reviews the discovery, origin and characteristics of CDR1as, its function and its correlation with different diseases.
